Last night I woke up from the sharp pain in my right hip. I think my symptom is called sciatica. The pain is too much to keep sitting on the chair and studying. I gave up studying in the evening and went to bed at 7 p.m. I watched some movies and shows and fell asleep around 9 p.m. Then I woke up from the sharp pain around 1 a.m. I had suffered from pain for 3 hours or so. I prayed, took some homeopathy remedies, did a red light therapy, and even did some stretching exercise. None of them helped to calm down the pain. Thankfully I fell asleep after 4 a.m, until 7 a.m. I wish I will find out the solution to make this pain to calm down, so that I can focus on whatever I want.
