Chiropractic session (2) 9/19/2025

Yesterday even though I had a chiropractic treatment, the pain was still there. I could not sleep until 5 a.m., which was awful. After just a 2-hour sleep, I asked my husband to come with me to the chiropractor’s office. Their office hours start from 8 am and we arrived there before 8 a.m. when we entered the office, the waiting room was already full of patients and I could hear the conversation between the chiropractor and a patient in the treatment room. Since it was a Friday morning and they close on 1:30 p.m. on Fridays, many of them feel the same way that they don’t want to suffer from pain during weekend when their office is closed.

When it came to my turn, I mentioned the chiropractor that the pain was still there and I could not sleep, he was not surprised. He said it usually takes one week for a sciatica pain goes away after a chiropractic treatment. When I was about to stand up from the chair to leave, he said he would fix my body again. This time he focused on my left side. It hurt when he pulled my left toes that were injured on this past July, but I intuitively my left toes needed to be fixed.

In the afternoon, the pain on my right side started calming down.
