The chiropractor recommended me during the treatment session to sleep in a recliner so that the body weight won’t bother my right pelvis inflammation. So, I followed his advice and slept on a recliner.
The result was amazing. I didn’t wake up at all throughout the night. It was the very first night without any nerve pain after suffered from the sciatic pain in the middle of the night for 6 nights straight. I never thought of sleeping in a recliner. It is a great alternative option rather than suffering from pain in the night.
By the evening, the sciatica pain in the right side has almost gone. Instead, the left big toe started aching. But I don’t worry about it too much. I know I have been moving around too much recently. I should rest the foot without walking a lot or doing the dance exercise.
