Since the intense sciatic pain started from October 9th, I have been having a difficulty in urination and defecation. I normally go pee about 8 times a day, but since the injury, even though I went to the bathroom and felt the bladder was full, I could not pass through urination. Now I could go only twice a day or after 9 hours.
I noticed whenever my daughter sang a happy song for me standing next to me and rubbing my back gently, it became easy for me to pass through urination. This was the method when she was still a preschooler to encourage her to pass through urination.
As for the defecation, I have been suffering from constipation for 4 days since the injury day. I felt the sensation, but it was too painful for me to keep sitting down and focusing on it, it was impossible for me to go through.
