In the late afternoon, I went to see the chiropractor and had a dry needling session from him. When he saw my back area, he found out my shingle in the middle of my lower back. He told me the shingle was the main cause of sharp pain. He put the electricity through the dry needles for 25 minutes. It was so painful, but thanks to my daughter’s support that she was holding my one hand and rubbing my back gentry on the other hand, I could somewhat survive.
About two hours after I came back home, the pain got become unbearable for me so that my body bounced up and down without my will. I got the extreme amount of sweat all over my body, as if I were in the midst of the heavy rain. I felt so scary that my body reacted about the intense pain like that.
I talked with my friend over the phone at night. I explained about my cancellation of the trip. She was thoughtful enough to understand that we won’t be able to see each other this month.
