I am still depending on the strong pain reliever medication. I want to stop taking this medication, but without it, I cannot sleep. I have only 2 pills left. I took one pill around 10 p.m. I woke up at 2 a.m. and could not go back to sleep from intense pain.
In the morning around 6:30 a.m., I naturally woke up with the bowel movement sensation. I hurried up and went to the bathroom, but when I sat down, the pain was so intense that I could not release it. Still, I am happy that the morning bowel movement sensation came back.
Today I could lots of the house chores by myself, without asking my family’s support.
I finally checked and organized all the expenses for the past three weeks where I was in bed. I noticed the amount of grocery expenses got double from my usual monthly budget of grocery. It is because my husband was the one who went for grocery shopping and freely purchased whatever he wanted to eat. I saw his face got bigger for this one month because of the double amount of food intake. From this month, I will be in charge of the grocery shopping and cooking, so that I can manage it smartly.
