With my husband’s good idea of applying a taping around my right foot last night, I could sleep 4 hours straight for the first time after the injury.
When I went outside to bring back our garbage bin from the street to our property, I noticed our garbage bin was already inside of our property. I think it was our female neighbor in front of our house. I appreciate her kindness. With the normal health, bringing the garbage bin from the street to our property was not a big deal, but in my current health condition with intense pain, it will be a hard work.
I really liked the taping method that my husband applied last night. I rearranged it by myself, but it was not good as my husband. I asked my daughter, but she could not do as good as my husband. I think my husband is originally gifted to do such things.
In the evening at 6 p.m., I watched the seminar presented by one of the homeopaths. She talked about the small efforts to keep maintained a good relationship in married life. I liked her seminar that contained lots of useful methods to show appreciation and love to my husband. I will incorporate her wisdom in our daily life.
