Next flight canceled by a system error 11/24/2025

I called United airline and talked with their customer support agent. My request was a refund for our  recent flights that were canceled. Technically speaking, I didn’t cancel it. I honestly believe that it was my family spirits to cancel my flights, but in the physical world, the cancellation was done due to their system error. The agent who picked up the phone sounded like an American woman. She was nice and tried to help me out. Unfortunately, though, she needed to make another phone call back and forth, resulted us for being on the phone more than one hour. It was tiring for me. At the end, she could not issue a refund, but was able to provide me a future flight credit. I was hoping to get a refund to my original payment, but better than nothing. It was a huge amount of credit.

In the evening at 4:30 p.m., I talked with my Japanese friend over the phone. She paid my homeopathy counseling fee, the shipping fee from Japan to America, and the prescribed remedy cost. She told me I can pay her back at my next Japan visit. But, since my next flight was canceled and I don’t have any idea when I can go to Japan, I decided to pay her soon. I appreciate her kindness to support me during the tough time.

The pain in my right foot was still intense. I shed tears about the pain. I really cannot do anything because of the pain.
