When I think about graduation of physical therapy sessions, I feel happy and uplifted. I didn’t notice until now, that the physical therapy session had become a huge burden for me mentally and physically. From now on, I will do the homework exercises and rest up on my pace with listening to my body’s voices.

Last night I and tried to sleep without Gabapentin. I fell asleep around 9 p.m., but woke up around 1 am from pain. Since then, I could not go back to sleep.
