I slept well and woke up energized. I noticed the nerve pain in the right foot was much reduced. Instead, I noticed the stiffness in both of the back of knee after I woke up in the morning and tried to stand up. I had keep standing while doing the computer work and study, but from today, I started adding more time on sitting down on a chair to reduce burdens on the legs.
In the evening at 7 p.m., we were planning to join the star gazing party at the local community college, but it was cancelled due to the snow clouds covered the entire sky.
The other day, I ordered a set of Purple cushions. Their products such as cushions and pillows are well known for medically beneficial for the people who has a severe back pain. Their products are pretty expensive, but I thought it worth if they really help reducing my back pain. I tried them out this evening. I liked them.
