My daughter is now on the art project. It is to draw family member’s portrait. I was the first one. I really like her drawing. In the portrait, I am gently smiling. Since yesterday I did not eat anything for 24 hours. My stomach did not ramble that much. With the empty stomach, I felt so comfortable and energized. I should do this more often. I appreciate my family spirits to support my one day fasting.
