It was a high temperature and strong windy day. In the afternoon I focused on sewing a skirt for my daughter. This skirt is for the Navajo traditional ceremony for my dad-in-law. I attended the workshop at 3:30 a.m. There were 25 students attended. It was a lecture about Guide Spirits. I like the idea that our higher-self and future-self are also included into our guide spirits. From today I started talking the medicine plant tea for cleansing bloodline. I used some roots, got rid of the outer skin, washed it thoroughly, and made it into powder.
