Today I worked on sewing a velvet blouse. I will wear this blouse for my dad-in-law’s healing ceremony. I struggled with sewing a velvet fabric as it slipped but somewhat I got used to it.

It was a high temperature and strong windy day. In the afternoon I focused on sewing a skirt for my daughter. This skirt is for the Navajo traditional ceremony for my dad-in-law. I attended the workshop at 3:30 a.m. There were 25 students attended. It was a lecture about Guide Spirits. I like the idea that our higher-self and future-self are also included into our guide spirits.
