Continued from the yesterday’s work, I kept on practicing the speaking part of the 10-minutes presentation. I noticed that we need the constant practice in order to smoothly make a presentation speech.  

I was asked to create a 10-minutes presentation draft. It took almost all day for me to create the draft. Once it was done, I practiced to speak up many times. I think the draft was created nicely. I am satisfied with the result.

Now that I am almost free from sciatic pain, I went to our backyard garden to check the plants. I could harvest more large butter squashes, okras, kale leaves, salad leaves, and tomatoes. Thank God, I could sleep throughout night without waking up, and the great thing was I slept in bed not in a recliner.
