I watched the biofeedback training videos of both American version and Japanese version. The Japanese training is definitely helpful, but they use very old version and the screens are not exactly the same. In the past several days, I spent time in reading several of the instruction manuals of the biofeedback device. At night I did my third session of the biofeedback session. I had a fun exploring the different commands and new pages.

In the early morning, we left for the big town for the state university tour. when I got the receptionist counter, I was astonished at the number of people.
