The Japanese training is definitely helpful, but they use very old version and the screens are not exactly the same. In the past several days, I spent time in reading several of the instruction manuals of the biofeedback device. At night I did my third session of the biofeedback session. I had a fun exploring the different commands and new pages.

In the early morning, we left for the big town for the state university tour. when I got the receptionist counter, I was astonished at the number of people.
