Last night as soon as I got on my bed, I fell asleep right away. It was amazingly quickly that I could fall asleep. Maybe it was the benefit from Q-Ta, my biofeedback device. Tonight, I did my second session. I am slowly getting to know the device.

My daughter took the state test. She has one more test day to go. She thinks she did very well. The result will be mailed later, around July. I don’t care much about the test result. I am glad that I am not in Japan where many parents concern about their kid’s grades.

In the morning, I took my daughter to the state test venue. Every year around this time, she gets irritated and frustration due to the state test.
