After many practices, I finally reached at the point where I was satisfied with my presentation. I submitted the recording to the school. I feel released and relaxed after one big task is done. Now it is time to start working on the tax return process.

I worked on practicing for my upcoming presentation. At the beginning of the practice, I stuttered a lot, but the more I practiced, the more fluently I could speak.

My daughter was busy finishing all the school work, and I was busy with the practicing the presentation all day. we needed to do our tasks as much as we could so that we would be able to fully enjoy our upcoming vacation trip to the big city this weekend.  

I have worked on the draft and the presentation slides for the upcoming presentation at the Family Homeopath congress. By the late at night, I finally finished the draft and slides. Now I will need to practice speaking the presentation as many times as I can until the presentation date.

I had been working on studying through the online training videos provided from the biofeedback manufacture. I finished watching and studying all of their courses of total hour of 13 hours, and got successfully certified as their Certified stress reduction specialist.

I woke up at 4:30 am and attended the online palmist’s group lesson started at 5 a.m. For the past 6 months or so, the instructor changed the group lesson’s start time to one hour later than usual, which was very helpful for me.
