My family and I went to the ice stating link in the local park. It was a nice sunny day and the temperature went up to 71 Fahrenheit. It was so comfortable and fun on ice-skating under the blue sunny sky. Only 30 minutes or so, I already had enough sweat.

Today the issue with the phone company was finally resolved. The issue started since August 2023. I almost had given up, but I am glad that my family spirits have kept sending me good thoughts and positive messages. Thank you for your continuous supports, my dear family spirits.

In the morning I turned on the washing machine. When I went back to the laundry room 45 minutes later, all the clothes were still soaked in soapy water. My husband and I cerebrated my daughter’s birthday. I really appreciate my daughter who chose me as her mother. She gives me to enjoy building the good trust between mom and daughter, which I could not make it with my own mom. I believe my mom is happy for us.

We had rain almost all day. The temperature dropped down, but it was still not below 0 centigrade. Our tomato and chard plant are still growling, so we saved them by bringing them into the garage during night. We are planning to take good care of our plants, so that they will survive during winter.

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a biofeedback unit. I started watching some training videos that the manufacture offers. I registered their lifetime membership and they offer 9 training videos for free of charge for the members. The more I learn about the unit, the more attractive it gets to me.
