It was the second day of our project to rearrange rooms. With my husband’s help, we made a huge progress. We moved and rearranged our desks and beds to other room. By evening, we could finish moving and rearranging the furniture, so that my daughter and I could sleep in our own private room.

My daughter and I had shared two rooms; one is for a bedroom and the other is for a study room/ an office. I have noticed she needs to have her own private room. Today is August 15th, the last day of Obon festival, when all the ancestors and passed spirits go back to the spirit world after visiting their loved ones during Obon. For the past one week, we had the extremely hot days without rain. But finally at night tonight, it started rain, that was our most wanted in our area.
