In the early morning at 7 a.m., I had an appointment with the IT technician of the biofeedback manufacture. Since last Thursday, my biofeedback has been acting weird. I asked her to reinstall the software.  Hopefully it will start performing normally again.

When I was getting rid of the weeds during the potato area in my backyard garden, I found two big new potatoes inside the soil. I was in awe. They were the first potato harvest in my life. I harvested the first squash from our garden and cooked it. When I cut it, I could feel its crispness and juiciness. I used some of them into curry soup and saved the remainder for the salad.
