Summer time ended 11/6/2022

At 2 a.m., the summer time ended. Thankfully since Arizona does not take the summer time system, my family and I didn’t need to concern about the time change. But I did need to change the alarm for the financial seminars that is set to Pacific time, that they use the summer time system and all their seminar will start one hour later than before.

I passed the insurance license exam at the end of April. It has been more than 6 months passed, but I never had any sales yet. I hope I will attract the right people around me who want to purchase any insurance products from me soon.

Sorting out 11/5/2022

My family and I had muscle soreness and tiredness from the horseback riding of yesterday. But we all had a good time with horses. In the evening we spent some time doing yard work in the backyard. For the past one month I have been working on cleaning up the backyard and getting rid of unnecessary items inside the house. Every time we clean the backyard and house, I feel lighter.

In order to organize my mind, I did meditation and sorted out my monkey mind. I had suffered from irritations and anger in the past two months of last June and July regarding my new career and the people whom I met there.

Now I am peaceful and calm. From where I am right now, I can see things much clearly than before. I was irritated because we had completely opposite opinions about certain things. Now I know we don’t get along with because of the differences. Instead of arguing and disagreeing, I want to have peace. I acknowledge their wishes and dreams that are totally different from mine, but I respect their decisions. All I can do is to let it go and keep moving forward to my desires and dreams. The uncomfortable experiences happed to make me realize what I really want and what I need to let go. In that sense, I thank them and the uncomfortable experiences and say good bye to them.

Horseback riding 11/4/2022

In the afternoon my family and I attended a one-hour horseback riding tour. The horse ranch was just a 30-minute drive away from our house. My husband was assigned a horse named Maverick, I was assigned a horse named Dude, and my daughter was assigned a horse named Nugget. There were one more old couple who attended the tour with us so that there were 5 customers and three workers in the riding tour.

There was one female guide led us. My daughter followed on the second, I was the third, my husband was the fourth. My daughter’s horse Nugget was a calm one. I was so happy that Nugget took good care of my daughter during the tour. My horse Dude was good. Once in a while he walked off the trail and got into the low shrubs area. he seemed to do that on purpose and enjoyed teasing me. He seemed to be giggling by being mischievous. All in all, he was nice and kind. Every time right before he entered to a place like down hills and up hills where he had to trot, he would stop and asked me if I were ready for it or not. Once I told him I was ready, then he would start trotting or moving little bit in a faster pace.

My husband’s horse was a funny one. He didn’t like being in a line and he would always walk right next to me. the tour guide told us that their horses are trained to walk very closely to each other; a butt to a nose, but not this one. There was one time my horse Dude didn’t like Mav walking too close to him, so that Dude kicked Mav. My husband said he had a tough time to instruct Mav to stay on the trail like the other horses.

After the tour, the worker took several pictures of us. When we came back home, I was amazed to see the pictures. My daughter’s horse Nugget was smiling big in every picture. I guess he enjoyed having my daughter as his rider during the tour. We all enjoyed the horseback riding tour. Thank you to all the workers and horses for supporting us to have such a great time together. And as always, thank you to my family spirits for protecting us all the time and guiding us to a wonderful tour. We also loved the nice sunny weather and warm temperature during the tour. We will definitely go there again soon.

The option of not eating 11/3/2022

Since I watched the lecture with Mr. Akiyama in the homeopathy course, I’ve been impressed with his decision of not to eat and drink. He has been healthy without foods and drinks for 14 years since 2008.

I’ve been reducing the amount of food intake since December 2019 by the intermittent fasting method. I eat two meals a day and fast 16 hours every day. My next goal is to reduce my meal time to only once a day. Once my body gets used to the new habit, then my next goal will be one meal in two days then one meal in three days. Eventually I want to enjoy my life without foods and drinks. I am very serious about my wish.

Small wish about a bowling ball 11/2/2022

In the morning my family and I went for bowling. Today I did pretty well. I had many spares and strikes.

I’ve thought about the owner of the local professional bowler’s shop. We talked with him on October 22nd over the phone. He said he would send some website links of his recommended bowling balls, but he hasn’t done yet. He mentioned that he has a full-time job to make his living because the bowling business is just a side business/hobby. Now he has 45 balls waiting for him to take care. I hope he would accelerate his pace and we will get our own balls as soon as possible. Dear my family spirits, I have some small favors to ask. Accelerating our own bowling balls done is one of them. Pretty please, and thank you always for listening my wishes and prayers.

Appreciation to my parents 11/1/2022

This morning my dad visited me in my dream. Right after I woke up, I felt my dad has 3-4 months left on this lifetime. I looked up the meaning of the dream. The online dream interpretation sites say that my dad misses me. I feel guilty that I haven’t called him for more than 3 months. Last time I spoke to him over the phone was in last July. I would have called him every week if I had stayed the same as before. But I have evolved now. I decided to follow my gut feeling and inspiration on everything I do. I don’t feel comfortable to talk to my dad yet, at this moment. I don’t know exact reasons why but I decided to wait for the right timing for me to talk to him.

It is good at least that I think of my parents almost every day, because of the assignments from the homeopathy online course. For the assignments I need to bring back all the old memories of my parents. For the first assignments I wrote down all bad memories about my parents. After I finished and re-read it through, I felt sorry for them to write down all the bad memories only. So I worked on writing down all the good memories about them, which is not required for the assignments but I wanted to do so. I wrote down lots of good things about my parents. They were very, very kind and nice people. I’ve now fully realized that how lucky I was to be able to become their daughter. Thank you to my parents for your unconditional love to me.

Harvest day -parsley- 10/31/2022

Now that I have to work on parsley. It started off from only one small plant, and now parsley has taken the entire section of the center area of my garden. It took me for full three days to take all the parsley from the garden, washed them off thoroughly, and let them completely dried.

I picked off only leaves. This process took many, many hours. But it was fun to enjoy the healing and refreshing aroma. Now I have lots of dried parsley that I can use for cooking or tea little by little. I appreciate the nature and plants for providing us a lot. I feel abundant, rich, and wealthy.

Harvest day -tomatoes, cucumbers, and okras- 10/30/2022

It has been freezing cold in the night and early morning for the past several days. My vegetable plants seemed to stop producing anymore as the leaves were all dried up. With the help of my daughter, I picked up all the tomatoes, cucumbers, and okras. We were amazed on the generous amount that were filled up seven of my containers and trays. I washed them all and let them dry. After they get completely dried, I will keep them in the freezer so that I can use them throughout the winter.

Batting cage 10/29/2022

We went to a batting cage. I didn’t know we have a batting cage very close to our house for these 14 years living in this area. We went to the sport center office. They let us rent a baseball helmet and a baseball bat for free of charge. Among my family, I was the only one who have experienced a batting cage, so I went the first. There were two types; the slow softball machines and the fast baseball. I started from the slow softball. I could see the ball clearly and hit the ball somewhat from the beginning. Then I moved to the fast baseball, which the speed was too fast for me to see the ball clearly. I could hit and swing the bat twice out of 10 trials. My husband and daughter did pretty well even though it was their very first time to try. We will definitely go there again.

Ordinal weekend 10/28/2022

In the morning my family and I went for bowling (11). After the exercise, we all got hungry and stopped by at a donut store. We seldom eat donuts, but we made today as one of the exceptional days and indulged ourselves with sugar.

In the late afternoon, we worked on the yard work by organizing dead tree branches. We have been working on the yard work almost every week little by little. Maybe we have done 60%. We still have 40% jobs left.

I appreciate we had a peaceful and ordinal family time on our weekend. Nothing special, but it is precious for me.
