I woke up feeling refreshed and healthily. I am glad that I have recovered flu symptoms from yesterday. It took me only one day to recover.

In the night I went for a walk with my family. I saw something in the far distance. I could not see clearly in the darkness, but when we were approaching closely, I finally could recognize them as two dogs. I asked my husband if we should turn back or not. He said it should be okay and suggested us to keep going. When we finally reached to the close distance, I recognized them as the Pitbull dogs. One started running toward us with a fierce energy as if it wanted to attack us. The other dog started doing the same as the first one. Without thinking, I put my right palm to the dog and yelled at it STOP with my full voice. I felt my palm was emitting some types of beams to scare the dogs. Then the dogs abruptly stopped running toward us. They turned their directions to the open area and run away from us.

I felt my late dad-in-law was with us in spirit. Maybe he protected us from getting injured by the angry dogs.

I turned to my husband. I saw him aiming his pocket knife to the dogs. He thought he was the one who scared the Pitbull dogs by his weapon and he was satisfied with being able to protect us. In any way I was happy that none of us were injured from the angry dogs. I appreciate that we were being protected by something invisible.  

I woke with dull headache. I could get out from bed and went for a morning walk with my family. Then I prepared breakfast for my family. After the morning chore, I sat down at the computer room and started watching the homeopathy course lecture, I noticed my dull headache had gotten worse. All the symptom I had were exactly same as the ones I had in this past February, when I caught flu and took almost one month to have fully recovered. By then I had coughs, extreme headache, and sharp bone pains on all over my body. This time though, I had some powerful supports with me. I took homeopathy supports that I purchased from the Japanese homeopathy school. I took some of them, and went to bed. I told my family that I would take a nap for 2 hours and went to bed.

The 2-hour went by quickly. I must have slept deeply. I didn’t even remember if I was really sleeping or not, but my husband came to me to let me know the 2-hour passed. I forced myself get out from bed and went to kitchen. After I prepared dinner for my family, I still felt pretty sick. I had another 2-hour to stay in bed.

Around 3 p.m., after sleeping all the morning and early afternoon, I finally felt refreshed. I am blessed that I recovered from flu within one day with the support of homeopathy remedies and mother tinctures.   

Very early in the morning at 5:30 a.m., I joined the zoom meeting. I was the meeting host and MC of the gathering. It was a small group of only 6 attendees. I offered a place where the attendees could share their personal spiritual gifts and experiences. I enjoyed the gathering very much, and I hope everybody did too. One of my goals/wishes of next year is to hold a space for people who want to brush up their spiritual gifts regularly.

Late in the morning a small gift was delivered from the insurance company. It was a water bottle to cerebrate my first sales. I appreciate their kindness and this small gift motivated me to wish for more sales closing cases.

In the early afternoon my family and I went to the ice skate link. Unfortunately, there were much more people than yesterday, so we gave up joining. We had muscle pain all over the body parts anyway. Maybe it was good for our bodies to rest up today.

We went to a seasonal ice skate link located in the neighbor city. They had the real ice stake link set up in the outdoor park. My daughter and I entered the skate link and started skating. At first, we didn’t skate very well. Since there were already some families staking, we needed to constantly pay attention to other people around us. After 20 minutes or so passed, one of the biggest members left the link. There were only 4 people left, my daughter and I, and one pair of teenage siblings of a boy and a girl. The link was big enough for only 4 people, so we could fully enjoy skating without paying too much attention to others. By the time our one hour ended, we were sweating from the good exercise.    

It was a very cold and freezing morning. The temperature was just 1 Centigrade, which was actually not bad at all compared with that of Navajoland. I wonder if I can really survive their extremely cold winter in Navajoland where we will eventually move to.

My car showed the tire air pressure warning light was turned ON. The air pressure of all the four tires were dropped to low. My husband added extra air to them. I could have done these procedures but I thankfully asked him to do it. The warning light was ON for a while, but by the time I came back from the grocery store, the light was finally turned OFF.

In the middle of the night, I had a dream of my husband’s cousin. He shared the vision that my husband truly loves his family, my daughter and me, and he have been growing mentally and spiritually. The cousin asked me to take good care of my husband because he thinks of my husband as the most precious being. Then I woke up.

I didn’t remember the exact date of the cousin’s departure, so I needed to check my diary of last year. He passed away on December 13^th of last year, so today was his first anniversary of departure. I conveyed his loving message to my husband.

In the early evening at 5 p.m., I attended the Reiki online gathering. At today’s gathering we had more than one hour to be dedicated to questions and answers. One of the attendees asked the Reiki teacher about his journey of Reiki. Our Reiki teacher shared his journey and it was pretty interesting to hear. When he wanted to learn Reiki for the first time, he met one foreigner who offered him the teaching. The person’s lineage was through somewhere foreign country and the teacher would charge a high price that my teacher could not afford. he also didn’t feel right to learn from the person anyway. Then later on one of his friends introduced one of the Japanese direct lineage reiki teachers, Mrs. Yamaguchi, and my teacher felt it right through his gut feeling. He needed to wait for his right timing to meet his right teacher at the right timing, and the same thing happened to me. When I wanted to learn Reiki, I needed to wait the right one provided to me. I had a brief meeting with some reiki teachers but all of them were from the foreign lineage and my gut feeling simply didn’t give the yes sign. Then later on, one of my friends introduced me my current reiki teacher. On my first meeting with him, I felt I finally met the right teacher. It has been 14 years since I learned Reiki from him in 2008, and I still feel being blessed to have learned from him. To me, it is important to find the right teacher to learn so that I will be able to keep respecting the personality and spirituality of the teacher.     

The weather report and the local county officials have announced the warning of cold front. Yesterday I was comfortably walking outside with wearing a short sleeve shirt, but today I needed to wear a heavy winter jacket. The sky stayed as grey and the temperature stayed very low all day today, which is very rare in our area. I miss Arizona’s clear blue sky with higher temperature. In this area we rarely have the winter dark sky. Most of the days of the year we have clear sunny blue sky, and I have been enjoying the beautiful sun light and energy for the past decades on this land.

Today we returned the policy delivery signature. This was the last procedure for my very first life insurance sales. I hope I will be able to close more sales cases through people in a natural way.

In the early afternoon at 1 p.m., I had a zoom chat with my new friend who lives in Italy. I enjoyed getting to know her. I am excited to study more with her in the palmistry course.

My family and I went to the small Christmas event presented by my husband’s workplace. In the small park, there were several vendors selling holiday gifts, ornaments, and some snacks. They even had a small ice skate link. We could not try the ice skate, because the very tiny link was already occupied by some families with small children. We instead went for a small hill for hiking. We enjoyed the nice view from the top of the hill and our small hiking.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I had an appointment with my husband’s cousin to chat via Zoom, but she didn’t show up. Later on, she sent a sincere apology. She said she completely lost tracking time while she and her mom were busy shopping for holiday season. I told her not to worry, and we decided to reschedule our get together after the hectic busy holiday season. I am looking forward to getting to know her.

In the night at 8 p.m., I chatted with my lifelong friend via LINE. The conversation with her was beneficial for me. I really appreciate her friendship. During I had a tough time in my 20s and 30s, I had lost contact with lots of my close friends. Because I was not happy with my situation, I could not fully be happy for my friends’ happiness such as their marriages and baby births. At that time, I constantly compare myself with others and felt myself as the most miserable person. Now I fully understand that I don’t need to compare myself with others. I can compare the current myself with the past myself. As long as I have improved than the past, I am satisfied. I would like to cherish the friendship with my life-long friend.  

In my dream my homeopathy teacher visited me. We sat down and discussed about my health condition. After the counselling, she confirmed that I would be able to fully reverse my diabetes. I appreciate her for her kind support.

In the early morning my family and I left for the big city to do some chores. The main purpose is to get Japanese brown rice which I cannot get online or at the local store. I wanted to purchase new crops, but they didn’t have new crops for my favorite Japanese brown rice brand. Probably because the brown rice is the most expensive product of all the other rice products, not many customers purchase this brand. There was a pile of the leftover of the crops of last year. After the grocery store, we did our usual routine. We ate at our favorite hamburger restaurant. Then we stopped by at the puppy store and played with one of the puppies. Right after we left the pet store, my daughter got rush from animal hair allergic reaction. I feel sorry for her. She loves dogs but has allergic reaction to certain types of dogs’ hair.
