Rescued bird 10/4/2022

In the morning I saw a bird that was caught in the bird net. The bird was in a panicky mode and constantly moving around. As the bird moved around, it made the situation worse. The bird was now trapped in its neck, both craws, and feather. I approached the bird. I told the bird that I was about to rescue him and asked to calm down. I started cutting the tangled net one by one. Finally, I could release the bird from the net. The bird tried to fly away, but it landed on the closest ground. Maybe the bird broke the bone of the feather. Or it could be out of breath because of being choked its neck for a while. I gave the bird Reiki healing energy. At the same time, I prayed from my heart that the bird would heal quickly and be able to fly away to its family and friends.  While I was doing so, the bird was very calm as if it was receiving the Reiki energy and listening to my prayer for it. I told the bird to rest up for a while and to go back home when it is healed up. Then I went back inside the house. Even inside the house, I continued to pray for the bird. One hour later, I went to the backyard garden to check if the bird was still there or not. I was happy to see the bird was not there anymore. The bird was healed up and could fly back to its family.

In the early afternoon I took my daughter to the fourth coding club. It is only one hour class, but I always appreciate the librarian to offer this wonderful learning opportunity for the local children.

Support is one thought away 10/3/2022

Our refrigerator has kept been leaking water underneath every day. I requested the realtor to send somebody to fix it. Also the fan of the bathroom has been out of order since July, which I also requested the realtor to send somebody to fix it. I sent the realtor a reminder this morning. She replied back right away saying only “yes.” I don’t know what to do. I know we as a tenant have the right to request the realtor to fix it. The realtor, who gets paid for monthly maintenance fee from the landlord, is responsible to keep the house properly with all the necessary appliances and functions work. Please my family spirits to show me any signs and ideas on what I should do about this house. Thanks to the advice from my teacher, my husband and I agreed on not to buy this house and stay renting for a while. I want to keep having a good relationship with the realtor (the manager of the rental property) until our last day of renting this house. All I want to have is peace with the realtor and a comfortable life at this renting house. And we don’t want to move out at this moment.

An interesting synchronicity happens. Right after I wrote down this request to my family spirits, I started reading a book of Fen Shui. I found the advice of this month saying “in this month you should spend days peacefully and calmly. Instead of expressing any complaints to others, adjust your energy by cleaning the house and organizing especially the refrigerator. Focusing your energy and keeping your energy field always clean, then the outer environment will gradually be adjusted and moved to a positive way.” I am glad my family spirts answered my question right away like this.

Japanese pension system seminar 10/2/2022

In the evening I attended the online seminar presented by a Japanese company. This company is an agent who helps the people who live in a foreign country to apply for the Japanese pension system. I guess there were many Japanese attendees because there were many questions. Last time when I talked with a worker at the Japanese pension office, she sounded that I am not qualified to receive the pension. But according to today’s seminar, I might be qualified. This company offers the investigation to check if a person is qualified or not, and if yes, the approximately monthly amount to be able to receive. Maybe someday I will contact this company and ask for the free investigation service. For some reasons, I don’t feel like doing anything at this time.

Acceptance 10/1/2022

The take away from today’s homeopathy lecture was about acceptance. The instructor mentioned this lesson. 起こることを受け入れる。受け入れられないことが苦しみの種になる. It means that we should accept anything what happens to us. If we cannot accept it, it will become a cause of suffering.

It resonated with me deeply because I have been thinking hard about the house. Should we buy this house? My husband and I agreed to keep renting this house as long as the owner let us to rent it. But the realtor has not been helpful that she hasn’t arranged anybody to fix the bathroom fan and the refrigerator. We have spent inconvenient life in this house that we cannot strongly ask the realtor. When should we move to Navajoland? If we do so, how can we make money on that land?

I know it is not health for keep thinking about something that is out of my hand. And that is why this lesson deeply resonated with me. I should let my family spirits take care of the things that are out of my hand. I should just wait and see, and accept the things and events to come to us. I should keep thinking positively and believing everything has been well taken care of. Everything should go well for us.

Orchard and farm visit 9/30/2022

My family and I went to the orchard and farm. We picked lots of Asian pears and fuji apple at the orchard. At the farm, we picked some produces and purchased corns. I love their produces and fruits. They were busy preparing for the next month that they would have some family activities such as a corn maze and a hay ride.

In the morning the lab test result of my husband came in. I was shocked that he was categorized as a smoker. His lab test shows that the nicotine marker was positive. I never thought he was smoking at the workplace but he confessed that he smokes from time to time. He said smoking releases his stress from work. He said he wants to stop smoking with the help of homeopathy. I picked some remedies for him. I hope the remedies will be some help for him to release his stress.

Pet store visit 9/29/2022

My family and I visited a bowling supply store in a big city. We wanted to try and find our right size for the bowling shoes, but unfortunately the store didn’t have a variety of the shoes. Even though we drove far away to the store, our effort was in vain.

My daughter wanted to stop by at the puppy store. The store allows the customers to play with a puppy in a small room for a while. We played with 3 puppies; two golden retriever puppies and one wolf looking puppy (I forgot the breed). They were super cute but their eyes did not look normal. Something weird. I felt sorry that the entire store smells cleaning detergent and hand sanitizer alcohol. I wonder how they are feeling in staying in the unnatural and artificial room all day long. I thought of the dogs in Navajoland. They are very lucky to live their lives on the vast nature without being leashed.

Therapy course homework (2) 9/28/2022

Today the second lecture of Inner child therapy course came in. I worked on the second homework.

The first homework was to write about my parents. I wrote down about what I hated about them and what they did to me in a negative way. The second homework was the continued work from the first one. I needed to write if I have the bad habit inherited from my parents or not.

Recently my inner child of 14-years old strongly came in. I belonged to the swimming club at school. At first, I hang around with my 4 friends. The five of us were the popular students because we were one of the fastest swimmers. We acted like we owned the club. We started picking the other club members on, one by one, in a bad way. I never enjoyed doing anything cruel to anybody and started suffering from being a part of the bullying behaviors. One day I took my courage and told my friends to stop bullying. Then from the next day, they made me as their next bullying target. I could have left the club but I didn’t. I didn’t want to be a loser. So, even though it was very hard for me, I kept attending the club activity until the graduation.

Now I talked to my inner child. The little michan wanted my mom to listen to me, stand by me, and tell me to leave the club. I could never talk to my mom anything because my mom was occupied with my other classmate who was bullied at the club. The classmate’s parents were divorced and she was sent to her grandparents. My mom felt sorry for her and would visit her house every day.

I hugged the little michan and told her that it is okay to leave the club anytime. I told her that she does not need to suffer from anything. I told her that it is okay to lose. The Japanese old saying says 負けるが勝ち. Sometimes losing is really a gift in disguise. Instead of cringing on to something, instead of being attached to something, just letting it go and moving on is easy and smart.

I thanked the little michan, because thanks to her, I finally could make a wise decision recently. Instead of being attached to a certain group of people, I decided to leave. And I am released and feeling light right now.

No time to kill 9/27/2022

I watched the homeopathy lecture and the instructor had a great reminder. She shared “時間は命、雑用などない”. It means “Time is life itself. Thus, there is no unnecessary tasks.” I agree with her. It is true especially for the people who are around my age or older. We don’t have any time to waste. There is an English term saying “to kill time.” I used to use this term when I was young, but I cannot use it anymore.

It was a great reminder for me because this term and the concept of this term are the answer to my concern from my family spirits. It was also a confirmation from my family spirits that I made the right decision. I decided to wisely choose the people whom I want to spend time with. I decided to prioritize my gut feeling and emotion rather than what other people would think of me.

Medical checkup 9/26/2022

In the early morning at 6:30 a.m., a male paramedic came to our house and offered a medical checkup for my husband. He checked thoroughly and the checkup included a lab test, a medical history interview, a urine test, and scaling the weight, height, and taping the chest and waist. Even though it was only one hour visit and it was not a medical checkup for me, it was kind of overwhelming to me. After the checkup, my husband went for work.
