I watched the lecture provided by the homeopathy school teacher. She mentioned that many people are good at breathing-in, but not good at breathing-out. After the lecture, I focused on my long breathing. She was right. I am not good at breathing-out. The teacher mentioned that breathing-in is receiving and breathing-out is giving. Maybe I should put more focus on giving my energy away to others, then my breathing-out might be improved.

It reminds me of my late mom. She had been always generous to others. She loved giving away. Thank you Mom for showing on how to be generous to others.

I attended the Reiki gathering in the early morning at 1 a.m. There were 33 attendees.

The Reiki teacher shared the Japanese term Fudoushin (不動心). It means non movable mind. Non attachment to anything outer world. We should not cling on anything. We should stay being happy no matter what. Instead of being affected by anything, we should stay in the center of our inner peace. If we can fully attain Fudoushin, nothing can bother us. We won’t suffer from any pain or negative feeling.

The recommendations from the teacher were to stay at presence, focus on presence, and do hands on healing. We should always remember that the law of Universe is very simple. That is why we have to remind ourselves and practice many times until the law sinks into us, not understanding mentally but feeling in our mind. It was a really good reminder for me to stay happy no matter what happens outside.

This morning while I was taking a walk, I run into two people who were distributing a brochure. They were a daughter and her dad. The brochure was about a campaign to collect signatures for a petition to protect the human rights in this country. I appreciate them for their making efforts. I support their movement.

It was my daughter’s birthday. I let her take a day-off from school so that she could enjoy her birthday. We celebrated her special day with her favorite food and cake. Not to mention, my husband and I gave her a birthday wish and big hugs.

I am so blessed to have her in my life. I appreciate both of my husband and daughter for brightening up my life. They are the reason for me to keep going ahead. Love you guys so much.

Today’s dream: My family and I were in the new house. While we were relaxing in the bedroom, three dog entered in the room. Even though the window was closed, one dog came in the house through the small gap between the window and the frame. Then the second dog and the third dog followed. In altogether I had three dogs. They were a big one, a middle sized one, and a small one. They were all friendly and cute dogs. All the three dogs peed on all around our house walls, but we didn’t get mad at them at all. We all knew it was a good sign that something good will happen.

I cannot believe we have entered to the last month of the year 2021. My daughter has almost finished her semester works. She has only two quick checks left for this month. She is ready to have a fun winter vacation. We will visit Navajoland again this month before snow season hits their land.

My daughter purchased a birthday card for her Japanese friend. She took her time to write some letters to her and drew some pictures for her. In the evening I took her to the post office and ship the letter out. I hope the letter will arrive to her friend’s house safely and quickly, and she will be happy for my daughter’s letter.

There was one uplifting scenery for me. At the post office there was a sign at the door saying “No mask required.” I felt good about it.

I was with my brother in my dream. We had a good conversation and enjoyed having each other as a company. I asked him to be nice and fair and he promised to do so. We made peace and smiled at each other. Then I woke up. Even this happened only in my dream, I feel good about it. I know whatever happens in dream reflects the physical world. I believe my brother and I already have made peace in energy.

We received a text message from my mom-in-law. It was about her newly came puppy. She mentioned the puppy is under loan to her friend’s family who has the same breed’s female in heat. My mom-in-law’s male dog is only 5 months old. I wonder if he is already available to make puppies or not. I hope they both will like each other.

In the evening my phone call rang. It was from my dad and I could not pick it up. I returned his call. He said he didn’t call today. It was weird. It happened before too. It could be my mom who really wants me to call my dad. Anyway it was good to talk to my dad. His voice was strong and sounded healthy.

I went to the city for some chores. I stopped by several stores. Everywhere, they don’t have a sign of “mask required” anymore. Some stores changed their notice at the door saying “no mask required.” I felt good to walk around the store without a facial mask.

In the morning when I was walking in the neighborhood area, I saw an animal body laying down on the ground. It was big and I was not sure if it was dead or not. Later on I heard it was a big wild javelina. According to my neighbor friends, there are two crazy drivers in our neighborhood area who drive at higher speed than the speed limit. Maybe either one of them run over this poor javelina. I hope this javelina is already in the safe place and soon come back to somewhere safe on the Earth.
