I have been hoping to get lots of big sized wooden panels to put on our backyard. The panels will prevent garden weeds from growing wildly. I have been working on removing the garden weeds every day. since the ground is very hard and the roots went strongly deep in the ground, it is hard for me to remove the entire roots. I spend 30 minutes in every morning. Now I saw our neighbor shed company put a whole bunch of wide sized wooden panel in the free wood area. I was so happy to see the wooden panels and grabbed several of them. I am happy that I could surround my vegetable garden by the wooden panels to prevent the harsh garden weeds.

In the early morning, I took my daughter to her orthodontist appointment. The doctor mentioned that he will remove the braces away on the next appointment. We set the next appointment in June. My daughter started wearing the braces from January 2022, so it took 2.5 years. We are excited to see her straightened white teeth in two months.

Same as the previous night, last night I had a sound sleep after the session from Q-Ta. And this morning, I naturally woke up feeling refreshed. I noticed I don’t have the sharp pain in my right shoulder that I had been suffering from the past two weeks.

In the last night session, I treated the conscious level of lucid dreaming. Probably that was why I had a clear dream this morning. My ex-boyfriend that I had dated during the university days visited me. I thanked him for his all the kindness. And I woke up feeling happy and refreshed.

Last night as soon as I got on my bed, I fell asleep right away. It was amazingly quickly that I could fall asleep. Maybe it was the benefit from Q-Ta, my biofeedback device. Tonight, I did my second session. I am slowly getting to know the device.

This morning, Bucky, the chihuahua dog that used to belong to my late dad-in-law, visited me in my dream. Some changes happened and we adopted him to our house. Bucky was smart enough that he goes outside for bathroom and never mess with our furniture and carpet. I thought the timing to adopt him might be coming closer.

In the night I tried out my brand-new biofeedback device. I was so excited for my very first session. I put on the harness on my forehead and both wrists and ankles. When I check the status, it showed the electricity conductivity issues on all 5 places. I finished my first session anyway. I could not do much. All I know was my VARHO was within the normal range but there were lots of the test results of high values, which is a warning sign of my body. I still don’t know in diagnosing in each message.

My husband and I woke up early in the morning and went to the DIY store. I have been looking for a wooden desktop panel to extend my workspace for the biofeedback device. I was hoping to find a wooden board of 24” x 60”, but unfortunately the right sized board was out of stock. According to the store worker, they had 5 pieces of products in stock last week. Then one customer showed up and purchased all of them.

I almost gave up and about to leave the store, my husband entered to the next isle, and there, he found one wooden panel. It was smaller than I wanted to purchase. The size was 24” x 48”. But the panel was final painted so that the surface was nice and smooth. Even this size, it makes the workspace much spacious than my current workspace. I happily purchased the panel. When I put on the top of my desk, it matches to the current workspace environment. Now I am very happy for the new wooden panel. My new biofeedback Q-ta is happily sitting next to the big desk.

It was the last day of State test for my daughter. She felt relieved that she could do well on all the tests for these past three days.    

In the evening, I attended World Homeopathy Day event. This time I was not asked to attend live to chat in zoom during the event. I appreciate the school office people for offering me the presentation opportunity. After my presentation was done, I felt relaxed and enjoyed a cup of beer.

My daughter took the state test. She has one more test day to go. She thinks she did very well. The result will be mailed later, around July. I don’t care much about the test result. I am glad that I am not in Japan where many parents concern about their kid’s grades.

In the morning, I took my daughter to the state test venue. Every year around this time, she gets irritated and frustration due to the state test. I told her to relax because it is just one way of a survey. When we entered the test venue receptionist check-in counter, we saw a young girl of aged around 7 or 8, crying and feeling very nervous about the test. Both of her parents and the teacher at the check in counter tried their best to calm the girl down from her nervousness. I really wanted to go up to the girl and tell, “don’t worry, it is just a survey,” but of course I didn’t do so. poor thing that even just a very young girl has to get stressed out from academic tests.

My husband shared his experience with me. When he went to the gym in the evening, he met a new female receptionist. She greeted my husband yáʼátʼééh, which is a Navajo greeting word. He at first thought he misheard it, because the receptionist was a white girl. But the receptionist said the Navajo greeting again, this time my husband heard it clearly. Then they started a conversation. She had lived and worked on the Navajo reservation and that was why she spotted my husband as a Navajo. He was happy to meet somebody who loves Navajos and Dine bizaad.
