We made an appointment of the school tour for the university that my daughter is interested in. I am excited to it. I hope she will learn lots of valuable information and knowledge in this university.

I started preparing the draft for the presentation for the upcoming world homeopathy event. I have some topics in my mind. They are about my labor, our chihuahua dog’s injury, and vaccine mandate. This time I have only 10 minutes and I don’t think I can cover all the topics in my mind. I will need to sort out the necessary topics and the topics that I will take in the future opportunity.

I received two unexpected surprise offers.

One was the update from the biofeedback device dealer. They decided to upgrade my order to their newest versioned device. It was too good deal to believe right away. It was over $8,000 worth upgrade. They promised me that the new device will be shipped in the middle of next week. I am now so happy and excited about the new device coming up to me next week.

Other unexpected offer came from the Japanese homeopathy school. They are planning to hold a new event in April 13^th and the event is for the homeopaths living in foreign countries. they asked me to make a 10-minute presentation on the event. I happily accepted the offer and promised that I will submit my presentation video by April 9^th.

I feel so blessed and loved. Thank you to my family spirits.

I purchased a biofeedback device from the American dealer / manufacturer on January 24^th. They told me it would ship in 8 to 10 weeks after the ordered date. I have been patiently waited for more than 8 weeks, but I didn’t receive any information about the shipping details. Today, I asked them and they replied back to me with the reasons why it was late. They have been waiting for one part from the originator’s factory in Hungary. They don’t know then the part will be delivered from their place. I accepted their reason and decided to patiently wait for another one month or so.  

We moved in this house in last July. We found several small issues in the house and submitted the maintenance requests. According to the property manager, their regular maintenance person is an old man who does not work regularly. It sounded that the person does his work as a side business / hobby, so that when he doesn’t feel like it, he won’t come to fix the issues. It was proved. Four months later after we submitted the repair requests, the person came. It was December 14^th. One of the issues was a screen of the window of the master bathroom. The person took the frame out from the window and told us he would come back. Then he took off. He never came back. I thought I should give up asking him to come back and fix it. We are renting this house and don’t want to create any uncomfortable relationship between the property manager, which we experienced it at the previous rent house. So, I gave up.

But an interesting thing happen. After I completely gave up and release the negative thought about the repair person, he came to our house and finally fixed the screen.

This event reminded me the importance of letting go. Now I am happy with the new screen attached to the bathroom window.

It was a cold day with harsh wind and rain. In Navajoland they are having snow. I did some yard work and tried to pull garden weeds. But they were still very tough. I started doing by hand, but eventually needed to grab a hand shovel and a hand rake. After even 30 minutes later, my hand shovel and hand rake got broken in to half at the metal part. That was how hard the ground was.

I went to the Japanese festival event in the neighbor big city. We have been there three times before so that we expected to have a great fun by experiencing the authentic Japanese cultural performances by the authentic Japanese people. However, this year the majority staff members and performers were Caucasians dressed up in a Japanese traditional outfit. It was a huge let-down. Please don’t get me wrong. I am fine with Americans performing Japanese cultural events. For the American who don’t know Japanese culture, it was a great event. however, for an authentic Japanese like me who misses the real Japanese cultural events, it was far from the authentic and that was why I felt sad about it. Maybe I expected it too much.

In the early afternoon the maintenance person came to our house and switched heater to swamp cooler. The process took much longer than we thought because of the two reasons. The first reason is that they were two people. One person was a trainer and the other person was a trainee that they were showing and teaching in details. The other reason was that the pump was out of order. They needed to go to the DIY store and exchanged the pump that was still under warranty. After they left, we enjoyed the cold air in the entire house. Summer is just around the corner.

In the morning my family and I planted the sprouted seeds into the soil in the seed nursery tray. The seeds that we purchased from native farmers are doing great.

My family and I did a yard work as a preparation of this year’s gardening. My daughter started taking care of seeds. She placed seeds between wetted kitchen paper in a Ziplock bag and added exhaled air in the bags. This time we purchased seeds from the local farmers so that the seeds are healthy and started germinating.
