In the morning, I offered my husband a 2-hour biofeedback session. This is the second session for him. Since I am getting used to the software, I could operate it much better than the first session. The improvement result was only 26%, but I am satisfied how smoothly the session went through.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the Navajo language class.

It was a nice day with the gentle female rain and cool temperature. In this nice and cool morning, the first post that caught my eye in my FB front page was the messages from one of the fortune tellers.  It is like a horoscope fortune telling but it was a message from the traditional Chinese way. In her fortune telling method, I am categorized as Mars. The message for my group was like this.

If you have an old friendship or relationship where you have been betrayed or treated badly in the past, it is the time to stand up for yourself and cut the unnecessary relationship. Be brave and say good by to the person.

This message resonated with me very well.

I requested 9 attorneys for a first consultation for the inheritance division case. Two of them offered to meet up on zoom this evening, on the same day. I needed to cut off some part of the homeopathy live lesson but meeting an attorney is my priority number one item at this moment.

The both of the attorneys were very nice. They both are young in their 30s. i asked them to provide me a quotation of their attorney fee.

I received an email from the Japanese homeopathy school. It was the result of the finalization exam of the professional homeopath course of the 1^st grade. I passed it with the grade of A, 86%. However, I felt slightly uncomfortable, because I saw they deducted points here and there, for the answers that I thought I was right. I replied back to the email, thanking for grading my exam. I also added my honest feedback that there were several answers that I thought it right, but deducted some points and I would like to know the answer the school expected the students to answer. I received a reply email explaining some of their expectations. One thing I still didn’t feel comfortable was that the person never put his/her name. The way the person wrote didn’t sound nice; it rather sounded cold-hearted. But I bit my tongue and let it go. I don’t have enough room to deal with this person. I am too busy to do other things. I am pretty sure that many other students would have felt the same way, so I just wait for the other brave students to speak up in behalf of us.  

In the evening at 8 p.m., I had a meeting with a tax accountant. I have known him since 2020. My dad hired him for the inheritance division process and tax process at the time of my mom’s departure. When I asked him if he could deal with the inheritance property investigation, he politely but assertively rejected with the solid reason. My brother doesn’t want to hire him and this will be a difficult case that I have to hire an attorney. He introduced me an attorney whom he knows.  

I woke up at 4:30 a.m. to attend the monthly palmist class. Nothing was new. we reviewed the technique of TFT, the topping solution. It was good that I attended the class because the TFT is a great tool to reduce stress and fear. At this moment I feel lots of stress and fear regarding the inheritance division.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the paid seminar with a mediator of the Family court in Japan. I expected to receive the appropriate advice to deal with my brother. My main purpose is to avoid the fighting in the court. This instructor stated that he felt sad to have witnessed lots of siblings and family members have fought in the court and he wishes to help people to avoid that.

After the seminar he gave me 30 minutes for a Q&A session. After he listened to my situation, he told me the only one solution for me is to hire an attorney and fight against my brother. From his experience as the mediator, (or the judge) of the family court in Japan, their decision is in favor of me, because it is based on the Japanese constitution.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the seminar provided by a Japanese judicial scrivener. I just found one Japanese company who offers a various type of online seminars. Since I was the only one student today, after the lecture was done, the instructor offered me a counseling about my current situation.

I mentioned my current situation. On April 30^th, my brother called me and informed me of our dad’s departure. On the same day, my brother did mention about the upcoming inheritance. I couldn’t believe what he said. He said he would offer me some of the inheritance and wanted me to accept whatever he would offer. That means he would take whatever he wants and leave just a small amount for me. I informed my brother that I would take my rightful portion; I am not going to give up my lawful right. From there, my brother hasn’t replied back to me.

The judicial scrivener told me that the war between my brother and me has already begun, because of my brother’s attitude. Normally when it comes to the inheritance property division, all the lawful members should gather and have a peaceful discussion and agreeable solution. But in our case, since my brother hasn’t replied back to me and keeps ignoring me, it is the absolute sign that she doesn’t want me to have the lawful right. The judicial scrivener told me only one solution for me is to hire an attorney to deal with this case.

It is sad to fight against my only brother but I have to.  

We had lots of female rain water all night last night. I slept very well with the gentle rain sound.

My daughter finally graduated the braces and enjoyed being free from any kinds of external items in her mouth for 9 days. Now her new retainer came in and she needs to wear it almost all the time except for meal time. Regardless of the appearance of the retainer which Is a thin and clear resin, my daughter says it hurts. Even though she just received the 4 new retainers yesterday, she couldn’t wear two out of four because they don’t fit to her teeth anymore today.  

In the early morning, I took my daughter to the appointment with the orthodontist for checking her brand-new retainers. It has been 9 days passed since they removed the braces, and now they found out my daughter’s teeth have been moved a lot for these 9 days. Even though the retainer is thin, my daughter says it is uncomfortable to wear and gives her a headache.

In the evening, we had lots of rain. The monsoon has arrived to our area, which is earlier than usual years. 

It was an extremely hot and humid day, and in the evening, we had some mist like rain for a while. My mom-in-law mentioned they had lots of rain today. I hope our new shed is doing fine.

In our area on the other hand, we had a light springling to somewhat moisten the air, but didn’t have any rain. We had a thunderstorm warning for the evening from the county, but the warning ended up the fake one as we didn’t have rain at all.

Two days ago, I requested a free consultation to three attorneys. I have spoken one attorney. The other two attorneys haven’t replied back to me. In the morning, I received one of them saying he does not offer any consultation through zoom. He only accepts a consultation to a client who can visit his office in person. The last attorney still hasn’t replied back to me yet.

What made me feel worried and irritated is my brother hasn’t replied back to me about the inheritance property investigation. But on my second thought, we haven’t kept in touch with for the past 16 years. Nothing new. I will have to take some actions on my own.
