I am right in the menopause. My menstruation period has been irregular. I had one on 10/20/2022, then almost one year blank, I had one on 9/28/2023. I had two more followed. I didn’t have it this month. As of today, my last one was 11/18/2023. If I don’t have it until November of next year, it is confirmed that my menstruation will be completely over. I will happily accept my body’s transition. I appreciate my body for allowing me to have my daughter. I love being a woman in this life.

I have published my podcast episode every day since my birthday. My first goal was to continue until the end of this year. I am glad that I could keep my word. I have one more day to complete, as I set the date to the Japanese time.

In my dream my late dad-in-law was visiting us. My family and my mom-in-law were enjoying a picnic with my late dad-in-law. It was nothing special, but just a simple and ordinal day. I thought it was the message from my late dad-in-law that we should cherish our ordinal days and enjoy having each other as a company because our time being on this Earth is limited. Thank you for a good message to my dad-in-law.

My family and I went to the big city for the Japanese food, mainly Japanese brown rice that I cannot purchase at the local stores. I was surprised at the gas price that was dropped down to $2.84 per gallon at the gas station of Sam’s club.

I have been watching some videos published by the biofeedback manufacturer. I have been debating if I should purchase their equipment or not. I want to own the equipment very much but it is expensive. I talked with my husband and my friend. They both suggested me not to rush, but watch their training videos as much as possible to make the final decision. Their campaign of 10% off ends on the end of next month, so I will investigate until the deadline.

It was a nice and quiet Christmas, except for one email. The email was the invoice announcement sent by the phone company. I thought the issue was resolved, but it was not. The it consistently shows back again. I contacted the representative of the phone company via email. I really hope he will get back to me and fix the issue tomorrow.

I finished all the input for the annuity application for my husband and we submitted the application together. The annuity company will drop down their rate at the end of this month. they promised to accept the application submitted by the deadline with the current rate. I hope all the procedure will go smoothly so that my husband will receive the current good rate for his product.

In the evening at 7 p.m., I attend the online Dine Bizaad class. It was their fourth class. In the begging they were planning to present the class four times and today was the last day. But they changed their mind due to lots of attendees who are enjoying in learning Dine Bizaad. The MC informed us that they would keep offering the class in next month.

Today was the winter solstice. I did the EKI fortune telling as the traditional way that our Japanese ancestors used to follow in the winter solstice morning. I used 6 coins for the fortune telling. The result told me that I should be generous next year by treating people and giving away free things including my services and actual gifts. It tells that I would be investing for the future. It is like a pay-forward for the future. I liked the result and I will follow the advice.

I prepared for the application form for my husband to rollover his old company’s 401K account to an annuity product. There were lots of items that I needed to input. It took almost all day for me to research and input the necessary data. I am glad that we have waited for the right timing as the figure in the 401K has finally been recovering from the disaster during the covid days.
