I’ve been thinking about purchasing a biofeedback unit. I started watching some training videos that the manufacture offers. I registered their lifetime membership and they offer 9 training videos for free of charge for the members. The more I learn about the unit, the more attractive it gets to me. I am now eager to purchase, but I will need to wait for a while because of their high price.

It was a weird weather day. in the day time the temperature was very high that my daughter and I ended up wearing a camisole and tank top. We opened all the windows and turned the ceiling fans on. In the evening the temperature started dropping down suddenly and we changed our clothes into long sleeve and long pants.

My health was reacting weirdly according to the temperature. While I was cooking dinner, all of a sudden, I felt dizzy and needed to sit down. My right side of my body started feeling tingly and kind of numbed. I went to bed earlier than normal.  

My daughter and I went to the mall and grocery store. After the Thanksgiving Day and the cyber-Monday, all the stores were nice and quiet, and the workers were calm and peaceful. We purchased new clothes and shoes for our small cerebration.

All of a sudden, some memories of my late mom came back to me. My mom would take me to her favorite Udon restaurant. Her favorite food was Chikara Udon, which contains Mochi in Udon soup. I would love going to her favorite temple where we visited all the monuments and statutes and offered rice offerings and some coins. She was very nice to me. She loved me so much that she would always think of me even after I moved to America.

Now it is my turn to spend time with my daughter to have a good time together. The time of mom and daughter is limited and precious.  

I am still waiting for the reply from the phone company to resolve the issue. This agent first contacted me on last Monday 11/20/2023 and promised me to contact me on the next day. He didn’t contact me on that day. Then he promised me to contact me today, but he didn’t. I really hope the company would send me somebody else who has the authority to resolve the issue and keeps his words. I wonder if there are any other way for me to reach out the right personnel.

I read a book written by Julien Chameroy. It was an amazing book talking about the universe and oneness. The book was so attractive that I could not stop putting the book. I ended up keeping the book in my hands until 2 a.m. the author is a French and self-learned Japanese language, so that he wrote down this book almost all by himself. The editor says she corrected 20 % but the majority of 80% was originally written by him.

I read a book written by an apple farmer who raises his apples organically without any pesticides or chemicals. It was an inspiring book that teaches us not only about organically grown produces but also about our way of thinking.

I read another book written by a Japanese man who has dies 5 times and came back to life. I really like his natural smiling face that shows his true personality. He seems to be honest and supportive for healing many people. 

It was a quiet Thanksgiving Day. I woke up 3:30 a.m. in the morning in order to attend the palmistry group lesson. For the previous 3 to 4 times, the instructor changed the start time one hour to one hour and 15 minutes later than usual, which was very helpful to me. this time though, he switched back the start time as 4 a.m., which is 8 p.m. in Japanese time.

I was glad that I could join his lesson live, because he often talks about his own experiences of his younger days, which is very interesting. He feels embarrassed to talk about it, so he would turn off the recording when it comes to talking about his own private experiences. That is why I want to attend his lesson live, instead of watching the recording later on. He would cut off the part or even not sharing the recording.    

As a result of lacking of sleep time, I suffered from dull headache almost all day.

Later, I asked the instructor to make the start time to one hour later. He said he can start late on the next time, but cannot guarantee the start time all the time. I understand his situation that he has to take a balance with other students as well. In order to protect my good health, I will have to give up on attending the group lesson from next year.

I watched the seminar presented by the Japanese homeopathy school. The guest speaker was a Japanese man who used to work for the top person in the Japanese Self-Defense forces. I appreciate him to share the truth with us openly. I hope many Japanese people will watch this recording and learn what is happening in Japanese government. We all have the rights to know the truth.

I received one message through LINE app. She said she listens my podcast, but I don’t know about this person that much. She mentioned about her physical symptom and asked my advice about homeopathy remedy. I would be willing to advice if I have known this person for a long time, and if this is a simple urgent case. However, I don’t know about this person and the case seems to be one of the chronic issues as she mentioned the she has had the issue for more than 3 months. I pondered for a while on how I should react. Should I advise her or should I turn down her request with politely explaining the reasons. I came up to my mind that I should take the latter option.
