I set my alarm at 5:50 a.m. in order to call the insurance company. I talked with two workers about the issue that my client had. Nobody knew why it happened, but they fixed the issue. I thought it scary that an insurance company has a system error that the workers don’t know the reason why it happened.

I am glad it was just an error and it was fixed. I hope I won’t need to worry about any of the insurance policies that had been dealt with.

My day went by peacefully until the last moment. Right before I went to bed, I checked LINE app, where I found one new message from my client who recently purchased a life insurance from me.

It was a shocking message, and completely destroyed my relaxing and sleepy feeling.

She just received an official letter from the insurance company. The letter was a warning letter informing her that her insurance policy was about to end. In order to avoid it happen, she needs to pay a specific amount until the beginning of December.

My client didn’t write much, rather, she added a mad face in emoji.

I replied back to her that I would solve this issue with the insurance company on the next morning.

My daughter offered me an unexpected relaxing time. She offered me a home hair spa including wash my hair, putting conditioner, and scalp massage. I felt so relaxed and much love from her. I really enjoyed her special spa time.

In the morning at 7 a.m., I had a short meeting with my business partner. I was about to retreat our business plan, but he insisted that we should proceed. He asked me what do I think I am lacking. I answered I am lacking in confidence in me. he agreed with my answer but he urged me to find another aspect that I am lacking. Then, I noticed that I am lacking business experiences. This time he agreed with me. I think he is right about this. I am lacking business experiences and self-confidence. I decided to follow his advice and proceed this project.

In the late morning my daughter and I went to the airport to pick up my husband. He seemed that he had lost some pounds. He said the company put him in a very harsh work schedule during this business trip, so that he could seldom eat at the regular basis. I think it wrong that his company put him at the might night work shift for 12 hours work shift without his approval in advance. If it happens to me, I am ready to fight against the company. But my husband does not like any kinds of arguments and he said he would just let it go.

My daughter’s passport was delivered. We did the application process at the local post office at August 18^th, so it took about 7 weeks for them to process and send it to us. Anyways, we are happy that my daughter now has the current passport and she is ready to go for a trip abroad.

My day started from receiving a sad news. My husband works as a contractor for the government. His company could not win the bid for the upcoming three years contract with the government. His company was the second winner, unfortunately. So, his company sent out their workers that the contract will be ended at the end of this year. My husband will get lay-off again, and it will be his 4^th unemployment during our marriage life. I hope he will find a new job by the end of this year.

I had an update about my mom-in-law’s life insurance application. We hoped the insurance company would decide the health rate without a lab check and a urine sample, but unfortunately it didn’t go as we hoped. They decided to have a lab check and a urine sample. The good thing is that my mom-in-law was okay with their decision.

In the early afternoon I received a phone call from the medicine man whom I was introduced from my friend. He sounded sincere and honest, so that I had a good impression on him. We made an appointment for a consultation of the medicine bundle’s ceremony. I am looking forward to meeting him in person.

My daughter and I still feeling tired from yesterday that we needed to wake up at 2 a.m. My daughter’s school has the autumn break started from today and will resume the class at next Tuesday. Being just my daughter and me at home, we don’t have much appetite throughout the day, so that we didn’t eat much.
