Today’s dream: I was working on some project as a group. There were five people in the group. I could not recognize any of them in the physical realm, so they may be the people I will meet in the near future. I felt comfortable working with them. One of the female group member asked me to borrow my cell phone and I let her use mine. Then, another male group member asked me to get in the car. The driver was a man who was older than I am. I got in the backseat. All of us got in the car and left for our destination. We all were excited to get there.

Then I woke up. According to the dream interpretation dictionary, letting somebody to use a cell phone implies the dreamer will help others to connect or communicate well to one another. Sitting on the backseat of a car implies the dreamer will gain the socially high position and further authorities. It also implies the dreamer will have necessary supports from others.

In the afternoon, I went to the local library with my daughter. The librarian gave us a bagful of vegetables from her garden. It is always a very nice summer gift to receive something grown in their own garden.

Today’s meditation: I meditated with hemi sync guided meditation of Free Flow to Focus-12. I didn’t have any specific question in my mind. When I was freely enjoying floating around in Focus-12, some thoughts came into my mind. It was a message from my mom. She said she is doing fine. She is very busy right now. After she graduated from her physical life, she came to me in spirit. When she saw me cooking foods from a scratch, such as homemade miso, mirin, and shio-koji, she was impressed. She desired to learn about cooking. Now that she is in the spirit world, everything is easily done. She enrolled herself at cooking class. She has been enjoying learning there with her new friends. She showed me a vision of her new cooking school. There were many people in the class. Everybody looked nice. They all helped each other. I am glad to hear she is now enjoying her life.
