I attended the online seminar; Communicate Soul to Soul With the Spirit World with Suzanne Giesemann
In this seminar she introduced one simple and easy method to relax. It was through breathing. When breathing in, we count slowly from one to four. When breathing out, we count slowly from one to six.
Then she taught us to observe our body’s reaction. It was actually the technique of body dowsing. When we are asked a certain question, when we answer wrongly, our body reacts by weakened muscle. On the other hand when we answer correctly, our body reacts by strengthened muscle.
I asked some personal questions regarding to my daily life. My body reacted to the answers. The questions are about the future. I will see the answers later.
