An unexpected error in my customer’s life insurance 10/10/2023

My day went by peacefully until the last moment. Right before I went to bed, I checked LINE app, where I found one new message from my client who recently purchased a life insurance from me.

It was a shocking message, and completely destroyed my relaxing and sleepy feeling.

She just received an official letter from the insurance company. The letter was a warning letter informing her that her insurance policy was about to end. In order to avoid it happen, she needs to pay a specific amount until the beginning of December.

My client didn’t write much, rather, she added a mad face in emoji.

I replied back to her that I would solve this issue with the insurance company on the next morning.
