The issue solved 10/11/2023

I set my alarm at 5:50 a.m. in order to call the insurance company. I talked with two workers about the issue that my client had. Nobody knew why it happened, but they fixed the issue. I thought it scary that an insurance company has a system error that the workers don’t know the reason why it happened.

I am glad it was just an error and it was fixed. I hope I won’t need to worry about any of the insurance policies that had been dealt with.
