My husband took care of the tall weeds in the backyard. I continued on one of my house projects, which is to take care of the butternut squashes that were harvested on last fall. I used some to cook the potage soupe. It turned very well and delicious. We still have lots of them sitting on the dinner table and I need to take care of them before they go bad.
