I started studying through the video lecture of the professional homeopath course. The promotion exam is set to May 24th. I still have lots of video lectures that I haven’t watched yet. Their vide lectures are informative and helpful, so that I forget the time. But I have been cautious this time. I make a strict rule to stop studying at least every one hour by leaving the computer and waking around, or doing some exercises to stretch my back and release the burden from my butt. I really have to take good care of my body.
