I gave my daughter a biofeedback session in the morning. She pulled her muscle on her left foot and suffered from pain for about one week. Now, the pain has gone and she can walk normally. I think it was good all in all. From time to time, we all have to experience feeling sick or having a pain so that we can rest well and take good care of our body, mind, and spirit. It is good to balance out to avoid any kind of extreme things.
