We had spent almost all of two days of yesterday and today to hunt down the grazing permit official, but all our efforts turned to be in vain. We requested to newly assign other grazing permit official so that the paperwork procedure will go much more smoothly than with the current official. In the evening, the Native dance event was cancelled again due to the flooding warning. Maybe next year, we will visit their dance in June, not in the monsoon season.
