I went to the dental cleaning appointment. Last time I had my teeth cleaned by a professional was in July 2025, so it has been 13 months passed. I felt good to meet with my dental hygienist and dentist. It’s always good to hear some compliments from them that I have been taking good care of my teeth and I don’t have any cavities.
