In the evening, I talked with the technician of the biofeedback software dealer. Before I asked to honor my complete support duration, the company people already discussed about the extension of my support duration for 4 months. I was surprised for their kind and quick support. I truly appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness.
After the conversation with the technician, I offered a counseling to my client for her first biofeedback session. We both are looking forward to the session next week.
