In the morning at 9 a.m., I had a monthly maintenance appointment for the biofeedback software with the technician. She was nice enough to honor the 4 months that my biofeedback laptop was sent to the president for repair, and move the 4 months for the upcoming months. It was very nice of them to offer the proposal.
My software has been still in the gritchy mode that the success rates of the session don’t go beyond 20%. If it stays like this for another months, we will talk about fixing my Q9 system, which I am reluctant to send it to the dealer. I hope it will be back to normal.
