My daughter received a belated birthday card from her grandparents. The grandma confused the date of my daughter’s birthday as December 11th, which is her own birthday. Regardless of arrived belated, my daughter was happy for her grandparents’ birthday wish.

Two days ago, I texted the realtor to ask the house owner if he is willing to sell this house to us or not.
