In the evening, my family and I worked on yard work. It was only last week that we did the grass eater work, but the Arizona’s powerful grasses quickly grew back to tall. I always feel awe whenever I witness Arizona’s powerful spirits in nature. I am receiving the benefits from them.

In the evening at 6 p.m., I attended the online seminar. The lecturer was one of my favorite teachers in the Japanese homeopathy school. He taught us some newly created support tinctures with his personal experiences. I always impress on how well he explains and shares his personal experiences.

In my dream, my late dad-in-law visited me. We were in Hokkaido, growing vegetables together. We harvested some sweet onions together and tasted them. The day started from rain. The rain and gray sky continued all day long, which is very rare the area where I am at. I saw the news that Arizona has had enough rain this year throughout monsoon season. It is definitely a blessing for us who live in desert area.

I am feeling blessed that I can sleep without worries and wake up without concerns. I don’t wake up for bathroom. I don’t wake up for nightmare. I sleep well and sound. I wake up refreshed with positive meaning dreams.

I was planning to go to play bowling and pool with my family, but changed my mind and stayed at home to rest. I still have some tingling sensation in my right heel and foot.
