In the evening at 6 p.m., I had an entrance exam for the professional homeopath school. The exam was a 2-hour duration. It started the exam to check if an applicant has enough knowledge of Japanese language understanding skills and the basic math ability. It contained an essay of three different topics and ended with an interview with the school office manager. The exam contained difficult questions, but I somewhat enjoyed taking the test. It made me feel as if I went back to the school days.

Three hours later, I received the announcement from the school office that I passed the entrance exam. I am looking forward to learning a lot at this school for the upcoming 4 years.

I spent almost all day for reading several books. The two books were memoirs. I really enjoyed reading these memoirs. My favorite book genre is non-fiction, especially memoirs. I am interested in people’s real life and experiences. I’ve been wishing about publishing my memoirs. Some kind people advised me that I should give up on my wish because nobody is willing to read my memoir. They are maybe right, but not quite. In my dream, my homeopathy teacher visited me. She was an owner of a Japanese traditional hotel and I was one of her workers. All of her workers hesitated to cook raw fish. When I stepped forward and volunteered to do the job, my teacher came to me and hugged me. She noticed that I forced myself to do the job just because I wanted her to recognize me. She hugged me and gently touched my back, telling me that I will be healed and everything will turn out great for me. I was crying and shedding lots of tears. Then I woke up.   

Yesterday I resumed a 10-minute muscle training guided by a Japanese male fitness trainer. I purchased his original set of the muscle training in 2017. It was a 24-day concentration pack to transform your body. My main purpose to purchase his product was because I wanted to make a good habit to maintain my good health. I had kept the good habit for a while, but I have to admit that the muscle training habit was disappeared from my daily routine. He recently started a LIVE 10-minute training in his YouTube channel, and I have joined his program since yesterday. I truly appreciate him for motivating me to resume the good habit. Now my body has sore muscle and I am loving it.

This morning I found some of my commissions have been deposited to my bank account. Even though it was a bit lesser than my expected amount, all in all, I am happy about my first commission. Maybe the agent company deducted some fee for their own profit.

Later in the night, my upline told me that the agent keeps 10 % of the commission until the accumulated amount will become more than $1,000 for their protection in case a customer canceled their policy. I am thankful to my upline for sharing me the information. Otherwise, I wouldn’t know the fact of the reserve money.

My family and I went to the big city to have a picture taken by a professional photographer. We went to the park with a lake. The water of the lake looked as deep green. It was beautiful and look like a resort ocean like Hawaii or Okinawa. The photo session itself was about one hour. The photographer will send me the picture data in one week. I am looking forward to the pictures.

I was surprised at their gas price. While it costs $3.67 per gallon in our area, the average gas price in their city was $4.67 per gallon. Their gas price used to be 10 – 20 cents lower than our prices, but their price went much higher than ours.

I am waiting for the commissions for my very first annuity purchase. The application was submitted on the end of March, it was approved on 4/3/2023. The commission was sent from the annuity company to my agent company on 4/5/2023. I am still waiting for the agent company to send my commission to me.

I installed the weed protector sheets in the backyard. After pulled out all the weeds with the spikey thorns, I also installed some lumber around the garden area. Hopefully these installations will prevent weeds from growing this year.

I attended the online seminar presented by a realtor. She updated the current situation of the housing market. Based on her information, this year’s housing market has been going well. The year of 2022 was one of the hectic years for the housing market. Some of the examples between July 2022 and March 2023 are as follows.

The average days took after putting the market to the purchased day: 16 days in July 2022 and 43 days in March 2023.

The average APR: 7.0% in July 2022 and 6.0% March 2023.

The average inflation rate: 9.1% July 2022 and 5% in March 2023

These numbers show how hectic year the year of 2022, and things have been calming down gradually this year.

The mushroom has grown to big enough, so I harvested some for our dinner. They smelled good and tasted pretty good. I am waiting for the lower part of the box to grow more.  It is always good to see vegetables grow in our house and garden.
