Returned to home 4/24/2021

It was our departure day. It was just 3 nights and 4 days visit. Our days went by so quickly. When we hugged each other before leaving, everybody said something funny in a joking way so that we would not cry this time.

The driving on the way back was also good. The traffic was light and we could come back home sooner than usual.

Measuring the length of water pipe on homesite 4/23/2021

I woke up early in the morning. Navajoland is one hour ahead of my area. It was 5 a.m. in our time and 6 a.m. in Navajo land. I got ready and woke my family up. This morning we were planning to leave early to go to the local tool store in town. We wanted to ask the store if they can weld our cracked lift frame of the treadmill.

Our treadmill had two issues. One was the drive motor. This issue was fixed with the replacement drive motor. The other issue was a crack in the lift frame. This lift frame deals with the incline. Without the lift frame, we cannot use the incline function of the treadmill.

At the store we talked with one Navajo man. He said the store does not offer welding but he could do at his house as his private business. We agreed that he would weld after his work at his house and we would pick it up around 7 p.m.

After that, we went to a restaurant and had a brunch. Then we did some grocery shopping the store. When we came back home, it was already close to 3 p.m. After dinner, we measured the water pipe line from my in-laws’ house to our homesite. The temperature dropped down and it got windy. It was like a very cold winter weather so it was tough to work outside.

My in-laws showed us their brand new sweat lodge on their homesite. They just had the sweat lodge ceremony just one week ago. It was a very nice one made by cinder blocks on the base, cray on the side, and logs on the roof.

Around 7 p.m. we went to the worker’s house that we met at the tool store in the morning. Our lift frame was nicely welded and ready it pick it up. He welded on both corners and added reinforcing materials. He even repainted it. We were satisfied with his job.

It was another busy day. In Navajoland our days go quickly. Our visit was almost over. We will leave tomorrow.

Medicine plant to cleanse bloodline 4/22/2021

Our first night was tough for my daughter and me. My husband must have been still exhausted even after 5 hours deep asleep in the passengers’ seat while I was driving. His snore was loud and constant. He kept on tossing and turning. Every sound he made while he was sleeping prevented my daughter and me from sleeping. We finally fell asleep after 3 a.m.

When we woke up naturally without the help of an alarm clock, the Sun was already up. It was 7:30 a.m. My daughter and I didn’t have breakfast as usual. My in-laws and my husband had a big breakfast that my dad-in-law cooked. They had eggs, hams, onions, green bell peppers, and toasts.

We left the house around 9 p.m. to the medicine man’s house. The medicine man is a cousin of my dad-in-law. He has been our family medicine man. I have known him and his wife since 1999. The last time we saw them was at the Hozhoji ceremony for my husband in 2016.

When we arrived at their house, the gate was locked with a metal chain and a paddle lock. It had a sign saying they don’t allow any visitors at this moment. When we called, the wife came out and opened the gate. The Navajo people have a worse situation of Covid-19 infection rate and death rate, so it is understandable for them to take an extra caution.

My dad-in-law is planning to have a Hozhoji ceremony in this August, so he needed to make a detailed plan with him. Once we entered at their house, the wife started cooking egg. We were secretly hoping she was not cooking for us because we just ate. In Navajo traditions, whenever you have guests at your house, no matter they are unexpected guests, the house hosts are supposed to feed them something nice. So we all kind of knew it was for us. Sure enough, the medicine man, the husband told us to sit down at the dinner table. Soon all the plates and silverware were prepared for us and the wife started serving the brunch. It contained fried eggs, skillet potatoes, some vegetables, and toasts. Even though we all were full from breakfast at our house, and my daughter and I were not hungry at all, we all gratefully ate her food. It was nice of her.

While we were eating, we enjoyed our visit. The husband was 84 years old and the wife was 82 years old. They are around my parents’ age. Even though we were talking about something funny and laughing, I constantly wiping my tears off from the corner of my eyes. I didn’t know why I was shedding tears. My tears didn’t stop at all. I thought nobody noticed of my shedding tears, but my daughter noticed. She said it was understandable to become emotional because we missed each other a lot. And, considering of their age, I intuitively knew I would not be able to see them often. I knew I need to value every moment that I can see them.

When we were about to leave, the wife hugged me and told me she always includes me in her family prayer. She said she thinks of me as her daughter and wishes all the best for me all the time. I know she means it. It was very nice seeing them in person this time. We will see each other again in this August. I am looking forward to spending more time with them at the ceremony.

Our next destination was to get some medicine plant for me. The medicine plant is known among Navajos to cleanse the blood line. It can even heal cancer. As for me, I seriously want to reverse the diabetes. After my dad-in-law said his prayer in Navajo language, I prayed in Japanese to the medicine plant. I will make tea from this plant and drink it every morning and evening.

Our final stop was Canyon de Chelly National Monument. Unfortunately our favorite trail; White House Trail was closed. We could visit the Spider Rock Overlook. It has been 8 to 9 years from my last visit there. It was great to be able to visit there again with my family.

It was a busy day for us. I am thankful to reconnect with my Navajo family.

Trip to Navajoland 4/21/2021

We woke up early and left for Navajoland. My last visit was the beginning of September of last year, so it has been more than 7 months. I missed my in-laws and the energy of Navajoland very much.

My husband was exhausted from job, so I offered driving for a longer period than usual. He ended up being in a deep asleep for more than 5 hours in the passenger’s seat. I needed to drive the difficult driving area of the canyon areas. Thankfully though, the traffic was very light. I could drive safely and calmly during the canyon areas.

While driving, I received a phone call from the nurse. She happily reported my lab test results of yesterday. All the numbers of lipid panel and Hemoglobin A1C were greatly improved. I was happy for the improvements.

When we arrived at my in-laws’ house, they were waiting for us outside. Both of them shed tears while we were hugging each other. They both had a tough time in their health and hospitalized for the past 6 months. They both thought they might die from sickness before they see us again. We all got emotional and shed tears together. We were happy to see each other again.

They cooked mutton stew and fry bread for our dinner. We all enjoyed dinner together.

After dinner, the Sun was still out. We went to our homesite and greeted to the land. Our two pine trees are still there. They look healthy and keep growing tall. I am very happy to be back home.

Lab test 4/20/2021

I woke up earlier than usual. I had an appointment for a lab test at the clinic. Before I went, I run on the treadmill. The doctor ordered for a lipid panel lab test today, but when I got there, the nurse drew 2 bottles of blood. She said one is for lipid panel and the other is for hemoglobin A1C. Probably it was somebody’s mistake for the A1C test, as the doctor told me she could not order an A1C test only for 3 months span. In my case I already took it in March, so I would need to wait for the next one until June. It was fine with me though. I am looking forward to the result of A1C. I really hope it will show a great progress this time.

Today’s guided meditation, my guide spirit appeared in a male elder figure. His face was covered by white beard and he had a long white hair up to his lower waist. He gave me a white eraser. He told me to use this eraser to erase all the uncomfortable experiences and rewrite them into positive lessons I learned from the uncomfortable experiences. The experiences might be uncomfortable for me at that time, but they are precious experiences to provide me an opportunity to learn. So, all is well anyway.

Huge plate 4/19/2021

Today’s meditation: My guide spirit appeared in a female figure. She had a beautiful long black straight hair. She was wearing a white and red kimono, looked like Miko, Japanese priestess. She gave me a huge white plate. It was so huge that I needed to hold it with my both arms wide open. She told me it means that I will receive lots of supports and helps. I am excited for receiving them.

Feeling great 4/18/2021

Today’s dream: I had two dogs as our pets. One was a Golden retriever and the other was a small dog with brown fluffy hair. The small brown dog sat on my lap. I noticed the small brown dog peed on my lap. The dog looked up at me and looked like smiling. Then I woke up. I know this dream was a good messaged one. The dream interpretation dictionary says I will receive good luck in human relationship.

In the afternoon I attended the Sunday Service in San Francisco. However, when I entered, it was almost the ending part. I totally forgot about the Summer Time that we are now in the same time zone.

In two days, I will go to the local clinic to have a lab test of lipid panel. I believe in myself that the test result will come back with satisfactory numbers.

In this past month I have been working up a sweat. I have been feeling so good. I should be rewarded my efforts in the upcoming test result.

I miss visiting Lakota land. I want to attend their sweat lodge ceremony and Haŋblečeya.

The power of prayers 4/17/2021

Today’s dream: Right before my conscious came back to my physical body from dream world, I clearly heard the voice saying “Cimicifuga Racemosa (cimic.)” This homeopathy remedy should be good for the trauma from miscarriage. It also treats well for menopause. I appreciate my family spirits to give me this advice. I will start taking this homeopathy remedy for some days.

My friend shared the information of Dr. Kazuo Murakami who passed away on April 13th 2021. He was the Professor Emeritus at the University of Tsukuba and received the Japan Academy Prize in 1996 and 2011. He was well known for successfully decoding the genes of renin, an enzyme which is crucial in blood pressure regulation. For two days only, of April 17 and 18 in JST, they shared his movie INORI Prayer: Conversation with Something Great (2012).

I appreciate them for making this movie and sharing the important messages to us. I especially love the part where PhD Murakami talks about his grandma. His grandma used to tell him that there are two different banks; one is regular banks on the planet Earth and the other is invisible banks in the Universe. We should keep saving our good deeds in the banks in the Universe. Whenever we desperately need support, the banks of the Universe will return good deeds to you at the right timing in the best way. I really love this theory. I know it is true and it works perfectly.

In today’s meditation, my guide spirit appeared in a female figure. She looked like Kannnon-sama in her beautiful white long dress. She gave me a white shining cloth. It looked like a huge curtain. She told me the meaning of the gift was to keep having a child-like pure heart. She wants me to have an excited feeling on every event that I will encounter and experience. Every event and experience is the first and the last (一期一会) so that it is unique and precious.

Miraculous gifts 4/16/2021

I watched the movie: News of the World (2020). It was a story one veteran of after the end of the Civil War. He encountered a 10-year-old girl who had lost her birth parents and the Kiowa parents who raised her. The veteran offered her to escort the girl to her aunt and uncle who live away from where they were. I loved a scene of s dust storm where they lost their wagon and desperately needed a horse. In the dust storm, the Kiowa tribe’s spirits appeared and provided them a horse. I love this movie descripts the Native American’s way of spirituality.

I truly believe it can happen. I myself have experienced this kind of miraculous gifts many times whenever I desperately needed support. The spirits of Native Americans are really good at manifesting miraculous gifts to their loves ones. When I was thinking about this, lots of tears fell down on my cheeks. It was a definite sign that they were with me and saying YES to me. The spirits are real.

For today’s mediation, I did the guided mediation. My guide spirit appeared in a female figure. She looked like slender and tall, image of Kannon-sama. She told me enjoy the high vibration and comfortable energy while I was there.

(How should I do in order to connect with my guide spirits?)

She told me to decrease the amount of food and exercise a lot. It will be helpful to maintain my vibration high. As long as I maintain my vibration high, it is easy for them to connect with me.

Then I asked about the timing to move to Navajoland.

She told me it will be similar to my moving from Japan to America. Suppose I have one more year to stay on this land, and enjoy everything that I can do on this land. Because now is only now. The same time will never come back to me. This upcoming moving from this land to Navajoland is the big transition for me.

She told me I will reverse diabetes easily so that I should not worry about it too much. Once I move to the right place, I won’t need to intake any sugar at all. Just like I was hooked with cigarette and alcohol while I was living in Japan. Once I moved to this land, I completely lost interest in them. The same thing will happen. I am hooked with sugar on this land, but in the new land, I will completely lost interest in sugar.

She asked me if I remember about the buckskin dress that I wore in Lakota land. She confirmed that once I regain my muscular body that I used to maintain in my childhood, the buckskin dress will come back to me.  She told me to keep being excited about all the gifts awaiting me in the near future.

Message from my higher-self 4/15/2021

I did the guided meditation to see one of my past lives. I saw myself in America. It was about in the beginning of 1800s. I was born in a Native American tribe. Probably in the east area.

I didn’t see my detailed life in this meditation, but my higher-self; myself, gave me-in-a-physical-body gave me a message like this.

In this life I had lived a long life. Much longer than average people. I had gone through lots of tough challenges. At the last moment of this life, I was satisfied my life.

First message: Please stay healthy and live as long as I can in this life too. Enjoy every experience and learning. My family spirits and my higher-self have been always excitedly watching over me. They are thrilled that I have been experiencing a very unique life scenario in this lifetime. They are looking forward to my sharing all my experiences once I am done with this life.

Second message: Please see things from many different angles. While I am experiencing a new event, see it from the opposite side, from the inside to out, and from the other person’s perspective. When I see things from different aspects and angles, I will discover new perspectives. With these techniques, I will be able to enjoy every single experience even it may appear being not a preferable experience.

Third message: Please be excited on everything. I have been reincarnated many, many times because I am originally full of curiosity and an adventurous spirit. Final message: Please know all is well, all the time. I had been doing great, have been doing great, and will be doing great no matter what. We love you dearly.
