In the morning the maintenance guys came and switched from heater to cooler. Finally. We need to wait patiently them to come patiently. In this area it is the middle of summer.

Since last month, our realtor switched their maintenance guys from the regular American company to private workers of Mexican men.

It is fine with us except some tiny issues. The two men are both heavy smokers. Even just for a short period they came into our house, they left bad cigarette odor. It makes me feel nausea. They don’t speak English so it is hard for us to communicate.

All in all, I am so happy that the swamp cooler is now back on. We will be able to survive AZ’s powerful summer.

I attended the Sunday Service at 8:30 p.m. there were 25 people attended.

In the spiritual communication demonstration, I did not expect to be chosen. But my favorite medium choose me. I was surprised and grateful.

The message was from my late maternal grandma and late mom.

A grandma figure appeared. She passed away in her young age. She was wearing a kimono. The way she wore the kimono showed her strict personality. A woman in her 60s was there too. I instantly knew they were my maternal grandma who passed away in her late 30s and mom who always looked much younger than her real age.

My mom showed a golden ring. She wants me to keep the ring as a memento. I know what she meant. While my mom was still alive, she had her favorite kimono and golden ring. She asked me to keep them as mementos after she departs. As soon as Covid-19 situation calms down, I am planning to visit my dad and receive my mom’s favorite items.

My grandma apologized for creating the tough environment where I could not receive enough love from my mom. My mom grew up without her mom and didn’t know how to love her kids. My grandma concerned me that I am having a tough time to fully believe in myself and fully trusting others. She wants me to recover my original and natural ability to believe in myself and trusting others.

My grandma showed a vision of a Daruma Otoshi.

FYI: Daruma Otoshi is a Japanese traditional game. It contains a daruma doll in five pieces from a face to bottom of its body. The game is played by using a small hammer to hit each of the pieces from bottom to the top without letting the pieces fall during the game.

The vision my grandma showed was a tall Daruma Otoshi. I have already let lots of pieces go, but there are still two pieces to go. The medium asked me if it made sense to me or not. It made sense to me. I think my grandma meant those pieces represented all the negative energies of mental pains, stresses, fears, and lacking of self-confidence and trusting others. I have been healing all the pains that I received in Japan and recovering these abilities. I know there are still two pieces to go. Today was my 14^th day of my project of one-meal-a-day. I have been going pretty well. I have been enjoying the empty stomach and the process of resetting my body function. I know my body is loving it.

I really appreciate this female medium for conveying these precious messages from my grandma and mom.

I am happy for them for staying together in the spirit world.   　  

I attended the workshop at 6 p.m. This instructor is popular and she always has many students. There were eleven attendees. It was a three-hour workshop.

We started off from her original guided meditation. In one scene, I was guided to a light space where was quiet and solemn. Everything looked white. I noticed I was holding something in my palm. I opened my palm and found it was a kettle popcorn. It was bigger than a normal popcorn. It had a perfect round shape. The temperature was low and it was cold, but from time to time I could feel the warm air. I noticed it was the transitioning season from winter to spring.

There was Tennyo; a beautiful female divine being. She was dancing gracefully.

I met my guide spirit. I sensed it was a male being, but I could not see his figure. He was almost merged into the light. He gave me a male baby in my both arms. Right after I held the baby boy in my arms, my sweat splashed out. I noticed the baby had powerful and warm energy. I always received the meaning of the light gift, but for some reasons, I didn’t receive any meanings of the baby boy. Then my conscious came back to my physical body.

I felt a male energy. I saw strong light blue. The person is dead. Healing. Unconditional love. Making a circle with pointing finger and thumb. The circle means the peace. The importance of forming a circle with people. Connected lots of people in the circle.

The answer was Eileen Caddy in the light blue shirt. I was amazed. I got some of the energies right.

Practice 4 – to receive messages of our reading partner about the message of her light gift that she just received during the guided meditation.

I thought it interesting. My guide spirit knew the instructor’s practice plan, and that was why he didn’t tell me the meaning of the light gift.

My reading partner conveyed the message for me like this.

Through the male baby, my guide spirit wanted to provide me an adventurous spirit. Don’t listen to others’ opinions or concern to what others will think. Follow my passion and take an action.

The message I conveyed to my reading partner was like this.

Her guide spirit gave her a pole. It switched to a short sword. Then the holding part was switched to a glass polyhedron stone. I felt she has lots of different things in mind, but she thought she should focus on only one. Her guide spirit encourages her to do everything. In this Reiwa-era, the vibration has gotten much higher than the older era of Showa. She can do everything she wants. All she needs is to focus. Preciously in the old era of heavy vibration, it might have taken 1 hour, but in this light vibrational environment, she can accomplish in 5 minutes in her full focus. In such ways, eventually 10 years from now on, she will be carrying lots of knowledge and information in her, and everything she has earned during this time will be rewarded in the future.

Practice 5 — partner reading about anything (auric, guide spirit, past life, and ancestors)

My reading partner was already assigned to do a demonstrational reading in Sunday Service, so she is advanced in reading. My reading partner conveyed the message like this.

A young female figure with a beautiful long hair appeared. I sensed it was my maternal grandma; Fude obaachan. She is always supporting and protecting me. Recently I had a neck pain due to concentrating on writing procedure. My grandma performed healing session on my neck and healed it. She is normally right behind me covering the entire of my body with her light energy field. She showed my reading partner that I was riding a bicycle. It is a tricycle, but she got it right. My grandma is enjoying the ride with us. My grandma showed a huge white cloth with gold design. I thought she was talking about my memoir. My grandma praised me for having gone through lots of roughness and hardships so far. By writing a memoir, I can heal each event and find out the lessons I learned. By sharing my memoir, many people will receive benefits and learn lessons. My grandma thinks it was like a weaving a cloth and it will turn out to be a beautiful cloth with beautiful design. My reading partner felt I have been strongly protected by my guide spirits. She felt the energies of Virgin Mary and Kannonsama. I appreciate her for conveying nice messages to me.

I read my reading partner’s messages like this.

Right after the instructor assigned her as my reading partner, I read her aura field. I felt higher elevation. I thought she might be living in the same condition as I did in Japan. My condominium was located on top of the hill, so I could see other houses below me. She said I was right that her house is located on the hill so she can see other houses below her. I felt her teaching. She said she talks in front of many people in her job. I felt a male figure on her right. I thought it was her son, but she doesn’t have a son. She said I was not the first person who mentioned about the male energy around her. Several people sensed the male energy around her. She said she actually has many boys who has passed away. Her uncle passed away in his young age. She has her older brother who was not born. There were two more boys who passed away young. I saw foreign languages around her head. I was not familiar with the language. I thought it might be Hindu or Tibetan. I felt one of her past lives she has lived somewhere in high elevation in Tibet. She said she is interested in Tibet and wants to visit there in the future.

My reading partner conveyed the message like this.

She felt my guide spirits in the energies of Virgin Mary and Kannonsama. It was the interesting synchronicity that she read the same energies as the former reading partner.

She felt one of my past lives was a young monk in a temple in Kyoto. The temple worshiped of Kannnonsama. I served as a chief priest for the temple. I had a handsome face. I was intelligent and well educated. I contributed to the local community by offering my knowledge. I taught local kids on how to read and how to use an abacus.

In other life I lived as a woman somewhere in Europe. I was a hard worker. I served my life for others.

The message for me at this time from my guide spirit was that now that I can help others just like my past lives.   

I read my reading partner’s messages like this.

The first image I received was her smiling face and laughter. I saw one little boy at elementary school age. She was playing with the boy. I felt her original personality is cheerful and fun.

Her guide spirit appeared in a young male figure. He had a fit muscular body. He looked like a master of karate. I felt my reading partner recently went through uncomfortable experience from her coworker. Her guide spirit being as a karate master influences her to be polite with high sense of moral. Her coworker is lacking the politeness. Her guide spirit showed me a gesture of karate chop to cut off something. He told her that he would cut off the energy between the coworker, not completely but giving enough space for each person to protect their sacred boundary. Once my reading partner can have the secret boundary from the coworker, she will start seeing the coworker calmly and objectively, so that she can learn something new from the coworker. The message from her guide spirit to her is don’t worry; everything will go well for her.

Practice 7 — inspirational writing

The instructor introduced one Japanese website where anybody can post their concern, and anybody can give some advice to the person. We used one of the concerns somebody posted. We were told to connect with our guide spirits and receive any messages to the person.

The person’s concern was like this.

She recently lost both of her parents due to severe illness. She doesn’t have a life partner. She feels lonely and uneasy.

The message I received was like this.

You are currently standing at the turning point in life. It is like the situation where you had walked with crutches for many years, and now the doctor told you could walk without crutches. We understand how you feel. It must be scary to walk without crutches. We want you to believe in you. You are strong. You can do it. Once you start walking without crutches, once you start living your life fully enjoying, all the necessary environment such as jobs and people including your partner and friends will be naturally attracted to you. 

Today’s dream: my husband’s grandma visited me in my dream. I don’t remember the details, but I do remember we had a good time and shared a good laugh together.

My family and I went to Canyon hike in the morning. We encountered lots of squirrels and turkeys. They were busy eating and looked very cute. The summer has come to our area. It has been super hot.

As I mentioned in my earlier article, I gave up on receiving a replacement treadmill set. After I read many complaints filed in BBB websites, and the article written by the former worker, I learned that this company educates their workers to push their customers back and not send a replacement part by all means. I was about to disassemble the broken treadmill to take it to a trash. But I thought at least I should give it a try to contact their management. It was not that easy to obtain the management people’s job titles, names, and email addresses. The website asks the customer not to directly contact to the CEO. That means many angry customers already contacted directly to the CEO. Pretty understandable.

I sent an email to the customer support director. I didn’t expect the person would reply back to me. I was right that the director himself never replied back to me, but unexpectedly, he didn’t ignore my email. He forwarded my email to the escalation team director.

The escalation team director was nice enough to quickly order a drive motor as replacement for me. The drive motor is on its way and will be arriving to us on next Monday. It was a nice surprising twist.

I received a mass phone call notice from the clinic. It says now for our local area, covid-19 vaccine is available all adults of 18 and above. I am not going to take it at this moment yet. I hope the government won’t make this vaccine as mandatory, just like what they did for a whole bunch of immunization shots. I really hope they will keep honoring each one of our decision.

I have been dealing with the treadmill’s manufacturer for this whole month. I have communicated with four workers so far. Every communication was very frustrating and uncomfortable. Nobody has been helpful.

I visited the Better Business Bureau® homepage, ww.bbb.org, and found 2,114 complaints were filed for this company for the recent 3 years. There are a whole bunch of unsatisfied and angry customers. Each of them says they don’t recommend this company to anybody.

I also found one article who was written by the former company. He went into the detailed information from the inside of the company why all the customer support agents were not helpful. They are trained by their management to push back the customer’s request under warranty. He describes the workers as “under the gun at all times.” I never heard of this expression. I looked the meaning up. It means “under pressure.” They are constantly under the pressure on trying to push the customer back.

Some of the complaints state they are planning to sign up for a class action against the company about their bad way of treating their customers violating the business law.

I guess I should give up on communicating to this company anymore. At least now I know I am not the only one who have experienced badly from this company. I will let the Universe to take care of this company from this point.

At night I talked with my life-long friend over the phone. I enjoyed talking with her and our two hours went by so quickly. Since we have known each other since our childhood, every time our talk reminds me of our school days.

Recently I have been thinking of my daughter. She chose homeschooling for this school year. She likes it and wants to continue next year too. That being said, once in a while she gets emotional and cries. She misses having good friends. She had good friends, and one by one they left the school because their family moved to different areas.

Our local school is small. Even if she goes back to school this upcoming school year, all her female friends have already made their close friends, and she would have a hard time to find a good one. She went through the tough days at her third and fourth grade. I know how she feels. School days suck without good friends.

I cannot help my daughter to make friends. I just need to believe in her. Eventually at the right timing, she will attract the right friends. She has very good personality. She deserves to have good friends.

Dear my family spirits and my daughter’s family spirits, please guide us to the right direction on her school’s option for this upcoming school year whether she should go back to the local public school or continue homeschooling.     

My family and I went to the canyon hike. The last time we visited this canyon was in last December. I still remember the date clearly because on the night we took our daughter to the ER because of her migraine. My daughter scared to visiting this canyon hike due to the bad memory, but I wanted to visit this place again in order to break the jinx. It worked out. We enjoyed the hike and the nature.

At night I watched the old movie What Dream May Come (1998). Recently my family and I have been into watching old movies. We watched Back to the Future, Karate Kid, Drunken Master, etc. watching these old movies have brought back sweet memories of back then.

I had my seventh massage therapy this morning. The massage therapist recognized that I got skinner than the last time.

I thanked her for introducing the books written by Dr. Jason Fung. I told her I had started 24-hour fasting and today was the 6^th day. She was happy for me. She also does the same thing as I do; one meal a day. We both encouraged each other to keep this good habit.

I really, really want to overcome my diabetes condition.
