Mantra class (1) 9/8/2020

I attended my first Mantra class at 9 p.m. It was a very small class with only two students.

The instructor started the class from the prayer as usual, then proceeded to some Mantras.

We started off from learning the alphabet of Sanskrit. We learned how to write and pronounce.

At the latter part of the class, the instructor taught us two Mantras.

I was so excited on learning new language. But to be honest, it was a bit overwhelming.

The instructor started learning Sanskrit after he turned to be 50 years old. It was encouraging as I am the same age as he started learning. I hope I can catch up with this class, and by the end of the class, I will learn and master a lot.

Among all, I sincerely appreciate the instructor for teaching us his valuable knowledge. I am so thankful my family spirits for guiding me to his school. It was the right timing for me to start leaning a lot from him at this school.

Awareness Basic class (1) 9/8/2020

I attended my first Awareness Basic class at 5 p.m. the instructor told us this class has 7 students.

In the meditation, I met my guide spirit. I saw white light and in the light I saw an elder man figure. He was curvy and his energy was gentle and calm.

He gave me golden light. The light changed into a baby while bird. He gave me wings to fly up in the sky. The wings symbolized as being light and higher vibration. With these wings I can fly anywhere I want, just like I can do in the spirit world. The baby white bird also symbolized as myself. I am now free. I don’t have any heavy energies attached to me anymore. I am released from anything tied with me. I am free and light. I can go anywhere I want. I can do anything I want.

I asked my guide spirit the message on what I should do to brush up my spiritual awareness. He said I can just observe the baby white bird. Keep being excited. Keep being pure. Keep enjoying the path of the spiritual awareness. It was a nice gift and message. I thanked my guide spirit and came back to my physical body.

Then we proceeded to the study through the textbook. In order to become a good medium, we need to stay being pure and clean in our energy. In order to do so, meditation is a must. We should keep staying as humble.

At the last of the class, we did some actual practices of psychometry. The first and the second practice were to read the energy of the color of a colored pencil. I was wrong for both practices. I saw the opposite colors of the answer.

The third practice was to read the energy of a picture.

I felt blue sky, white clouds, ocean, yacht, smile, fun, and good memories. The answer was a green mandala drawn by the instructor’s friend.

In today’s practices, I might be seeing the color as the opposite color. The instructor said there are some people like me to see the opposite colors.

Doctor’s appointment about Eczema 9/8/2020

My daughter got dry skin symptom in her neck, back of elbows, back of knees, and around shoulders. It was definitely from Navajoland. We applied some eczema cream of the over the counter, but it did not completely clear up the itchiness and dryness.

I called the clinic in the morning. The clinic could set up the online checkup with a doctor just one hour after I called. I was amazed. This is one of the benefits from Covid-19. We didn’t need to go to the clinic. We could see the doctor through the Bluejean app and talked with her through the video chat.

The doctor prescribed one ointment for her. The ointment is not an over-the-counter medicine, so we cannot buy it from a store. It is only for an RX order. This ointment worked great. Just one application cleared up her itchiness and dryness. I am thankful for arranging the doctor and the right ointment for her quickly.

Trance class (1) 9/7/2020

I attended my first Trance class at 9 p.m. there were 8 people in the class; 7 students and the instructor.

We heard the instructor’s mantra to the sacred mother. While listening his mantra, I saw a vision. It started from the darkness, then red flame came in. the red flame changed into blue and finally white.

We proceeded to the instructor’s guided meditation. When I met my guide spirit, I received a young okura baby plant. I asked my guide spirit the message for me to be able to do the inspirational talk. He told me like this.

Same as this okura plant, first I need to grow my root. Let the root grow and spread deep in the ground. This strong root will help me to stand firmly no matter what happens outside. Once the root has fastened firmly in the ground, then, grow my leaves and stem high up in the sky. I will receive enough blessings through the leaves. I thanked my guide spirit. It was a nice gift.

Then we proceeded to the instructor’s lecture. He said mediation and inspirational speech are similar but the biggest difference is meditation is to get a message for ourselves, while inspirational speech is to convey a message for many others through spirits. In order for spirits to speak through us, first we need to improve our physical body. We need to have strong and healthy veins and nerve systems, especially in the brain area. We should pay attention to the triglyceride value for our safety. When the instructor started practicing inspirational speech, he had suffered from headache for five years or so. He strongly recommended the people who want to be an inspirational speaker to stay away from alcohol and cigarettes. We should constantly check about our ego for not growing too big. We need to maintain good health physically and mentally.

While the instructor was in the mediumship school in England, his teacher used to check the students energy while doing an inspirational speech. When spirits come in strongly, the speaker will feel heat in the back of the neck. Or just looking at the speaker’s energy, his teacher would know if the speaker was actually becoming a pure conduit for spirits or not.

During spirits come in, some people lose the control of muscle while others keep their mouth open and start drooling. Often speakers speak with their hands moving. He personally knows one mediums who rolled his eyes back. Some people reported their heartbeat got faster and felt like something is pressing their hearts. Some people can speak foreign language even though they don’t know in the real life.

We proceeded to two actual practice. The first topic was about “possibility and impossibility.”

My family spirits conveyed the message as follows.

Everything is possible when we strongly desire to accomplish something. However, in this Earth, everything is done as a team. When we decide to start doing something, in order to make it possible, all the team members have to be ready. In other words, if even one person is not ready, we have to wait for the person to get ready. Spirits can interfere by working on the person who is not ready. Once the person gets ready, it finally comes to the right time to make it possible. So, it is all taking about the right timing and everybody’s getting ready.

The second topic was about “the world after the Covid-19 is settled down.” One female student was chosen to speak and started conveying the message. Her way of speaking was obviously changed into somebody else. It sounded like a woman who was living in Heian Era, 1200 years ago. She was crying and looked like feeling sad while conveying the message. At the end of the class, the instructor told her she was not ready for this class yet. Since she let the lower vibrational spirits and conveyed negative messages, it can be dangerous for her if she keeps allowing the spirits using her physical body. She agreed with the instructor.

My family spirits and I were ready to speak, but unfortunately the instructor forgot about us. I was little disappointed about it. At the ending of the class, the instructor asked each one of us the feedback of the class. So I mentioned him about it. He apologized for forgetting about us. I still don’t know why we were forgotten. Am I still not ready for him to attend this class? If so at this moment, I guess I should accept the current situation. Maybe I am still invisible for him. I will take this as a lesson for myself. As I practice more and meditate more, I will be shining in aura brighter than now. Eventually he won’t be able to forget us as my energy will be too strong to be forgotten.

Inheritance division Agreement delivered 9/7/2020

Today’s dream: I was with my family; my husband and our daughter. In front of us, there was a tall building. All of a sudden, a big earthquake or something happened and the tall building was collapsed. We saw many people fell down from the higher floors and dead on the ground. We were safe. We didn’t get injured or anything. Now we wondered what we could do to help those people who were still alive. Then I woke up.

I looked up the meaning of my dream. Watching the tall building collapsed brings some messages.

The first message was that the dreamer’s desire or goal might be too high to make it happen at this moment. So this dream came to advice the dreamer to rethink and replan of the goal in the realistic level.

The second message is that the dreamer will go through a drastic change in the environment or situation, and thus the current way of living will be changed into something new. In my dream, my family and I were safe, so that it suggests we will be fine when going through the drastic change.

These messages from this morning’s dream made sense to me regarding our moving to Navajoland.

I received an email from the inheritance accountant. The Agreement package that I sent out on August 22nd was finally delivered to his office. It took for the post office more than two weeks to deliver it. But that is okay as long as it was delivered safely. He made an appointment with my dad on September 10th. He will deliver this Agreement and explain my situation on why I was reluctant to sign the Agreement and why I changed my mind on signing the Agreement. I hope he will do the great job on his side and my dad will listen carefully and understand what he conveys. From here, it is my family spirits’ hands. I just trust them and keep visualize everything will go very well between my dad and me for our better understanding for the future. I want to visit him once Covid-19 is settle down. Possibly the earliest opportunity will be next spring or after. By then, I really want to make peace with him and enjoy our visit in Japan.

Guide spirit reading session 9/6/2020

We slept comfortably on our own bed. We slept in longer than usual until 8 a.m. We were tired physically from the long hour drive, but our mind and spirit were excited on our new project of building our new house on our own.

In the morning I spend most of time for cleaning, cooking, and washing clothes. My husband and daughter went to the car wash.

***

At night at 9 p.m., I had a guide spirit reading session with the medium of the Japanese mediumship school. This is my second reading session from her. I like her sincere and polite energy. I trust her spiritual gift being accurate. I enjoyed her reading session.

My mom’s encouragement 9/5/2020

Today was our departure day back home. Since we had taken up at 5 a.m. for the previous three days straight and went to bed later than our usual routine, we all were lacking of sleeping hours. We had some extra sleep hours until 7 a.m.

While we were having breakfast, my mom-in-law came by. She wanted to show us her new shed at her garden. She is eager us to move back to Navajoland, so she is willing to help us for our moving. She said we can start bringing our items that we don’t use and keep them in her shed every time we visit them.

Her shed was way more spacious than we thought. To our surprise, she said my parents-in-law built the shed on their own. Once in a while they hired one man as a helper of the roof area, but the majority was done by just two of them. We were surprised and amazed as we thought they bought the shed. My mom-in-law continued explaining how they built it. They built their own house too. In the recent two years they worked on fixing her late parent’s trailer house. They even added a spacious porch in front of the trailer.

We were so excited about her idea on building our house on our own little by little. I never thought of it, but it sounded like a feasible plan.

We went back to the trailer house. My dad-in-law joined us, and the five of us started sharing our ideas and knowledge. As we were so exited on talking about our house project, that we almost forgot that we had to leave.

***

Around 11 a.m., we finally departed back to our house. Same as the way to Navajoland, the traffic was not busy at all on our way back home. Even though we left Navajoland later than our planned departure time, we made it back home safely earlier than we expected.

After we unloaded our baggage, we went for a tricycle ride with our friend and her dog. She was so happy for our safely being back home. We had misses each other for these past four days.

***

At night at 8:30 p.m., I attended Sunday Service. I had really missed this gathering, as their last one was one month ago. My husband attend with me. Before the demonstration of spiritual communication, my husband prayed his ancestors would show up and convey message to him. They had three mediums who offered the spiritual communication demonstration tonight. The first two female mediums chose somebody else, but the third medium, the owner of the school, chose us. He described four female figures showed up for us. The three of them were for my husband. They were watching us cooking a whole bunch of potatoes on Navajoland. He described the three grandma’s figures as chubby. They are watching my husband sitting and staring at the computer for very long time every day. The medium was right. My husband studies for the computer certificate and using the computer all day. Then, my mom showed up. She was playing a drum. It made sense to me. I said Hannya Singyo mantra every day along with the Youtube video that was created by her favorite temple’s monk. He said the mantra with playing a huge drum in the temple. My mom said she is happy for my husband and me and she is supporting us. I think my mom is enjoying our new challenge in settling down to Navajoland. It was very nice that the teacher/medium chose us and conveyed the messages for us. I appreciate my mom and my husband’s grandmas to come to this gathering. Thank you to all.

Medicine plant 9/4/2020

We woke up again 5 a.m. in the morning. My dad-in-law was already up. He said he had still shoulder and sore muscle on all over his body, but other than that, he felt fine. We were happy to know that he was okay.

After we had breakfast, we continued the corn cake ceremony that was a part of Kinaaldá ceremony. The cake didn’t turn out very well. The majority part was too dry to eat. At least we learned from this mistake, so that we will be able to do much better on our next time. Maybe for my daughter’s daughter in the future.

My dad-in-law had another two patients for prayer. My family and I went to the local museum and the zoo. Unfortunately the workers were there, but they were not open for public.

I cooked curry and rice for everybody. After lunch, my dad-in-law asked us to come with him to the mountain. His patient needed a medicine plant for her cancer.  The mountain area was located two hours away from their house. Since he hit his head last night, he didn’t want to drive there by himself. We offered him help to go there with him.

I remember the area. My dad-in-law took me to this place long time ago before I married to my husband. It was 15 years ago, but the area looked still the same.

My dad-in-law and the patient went to the certain medicine plant and had a ceremony. They offered corn pollen and asked for their permission to use the plant as medicine. The medicine can heal cancer and also, it cleans blood.

The dirt of this area is alkaline and the dirt itself has healing energy. In order to use the medicine plant, we use the root. We soak the root in one gallon of water for 4 days. Then we drink one cup of the tea every morning and night until the one gallon.

***

In the evening we had an appointment with my dad-in-law’s friend. She is a doctor and also incorporates the Navajo traditional healing method. She is 65 years old. She is knowledgeable and also flexible and open to new idea and healing modalities. Once we move to Navajoland, I want to have get together with her in person. She mentioned she is interested into listening to the Coast to Coast AM radio. Also she is interested in an earthship house. She said there is one earthship house close to our area. I would like to visit their house on our next visit.

Kinaaldá ceremony 9/3/2020

We woke up at 5 a.m. after we had breakfast, we gathered up at the Hogan.

We had a Kinaaldá ceremony for my daughter. It is Navajo’s traditional ceremony for celebrating female pubertal coming-of-age. My daughter dressed up in Navajo traditional outfit. My dad-in-law was the medicine man.

We made a natural soap with yucca and washed her hair. Then we tied her hair in a Navajo’s traditional way of bundle.

The ceremony started at 8 a.m. and ended after noon. After we had lunch, we continued the ceremony. We cooked the corn cake. The cake preparation was done after 2 p.m. For the remainder of the afternoon, we visited my husband’s cousin and went to town for grocery shopping. During that time, my dad-in-law had two patients visited him. He had prayers for them.

In the night around 7 p.m., we built a fire again and gathered up. We were all tired.

Around 9 p.m., we called it a night. My family and I went back to the trailer house, and my parents-in-law went back to their house after us. Then, all of a sudden we heard a violent knocking sound of the window. It was my mother-in-law. She shouted us my dad-in-law fell down and hit his head on the ground in front of the entrance door.

We quickly went to him. My husband and my mom-in-law carried him into the house and laid him on the couch. My dad-in-law still had conscious and remembered who he was and about us.

It was shocking to me. I have known him for 22 years. When I met him for the first time, he was 46 years old; still young and strong. Now he turned to be 68 years old getting old and weak. Watching him fell down on the floor reminded me of my late mom. I could not hold my tears back. My mom-in-law started crying too. She said she recently feels anxious of them living alone. They both feel uneasy of their getting old and weak. I felt strongly my parents-in-laws desire. They want us to move in to Navajoland and live close to them.

Everything happens for reasons. Maybe this incident happened to have us seriously think about moving back to Navajoland soon; sooner than we think.

Trip to Navajoland 9/2/2020

Today’s dream: I grabbed a huge stool in my hand. Even in my dream, I knew this dream meant something great.

Then I woke up. I looked up the meaning of grabbing a huge stool in hand. The dream interpretation dictionary says the dreamer will grab a great luck and fortune on their own. This means the dreamer’s continuous efforts having been built for previous years will be rewarded.

***

My family and I woke up at 5 a.m. I cooked breakfast and lunch-to-go. My daughter studied for two hours to finish up her this week’s to-do-lists for her school. We needed to wait for the trash truck to come collect the garbage. After all the morning chore was done, we finally took off to our vacation trip to Navajoland.

On the way we passed the area where they recently had a sever mountain fire. The entire area had become barren. The burned trees and grasses were changed to dark black. Even some guardrails burned and melted down. If we planned this strip one month before, we would have to detour to the different route.

The entire route was not busy at all. We could drive safely on our comfortable pace. We arrived at Navajoland before 6 p.m. of their time, which was 5 p.m. in our time.

After we unloaded our luggage, we built a fire outside and enjoyed talking around the fire.

My Navajo parents told us their house dog passed away two days ago. They think the dog had a cancer and suffered from pain. The doctor scheduled a surgery on the day. The dog passed away while in sleep. The dog was very smart. Maybe she didn’t want to cause my Navajo parents to pay for the huge amount of surgery money. She was a really smart and thoughtful dog. I hope she will come back to them soon in a different body.
