School event of the aquarium 3/7/2025

It was a rainy and cold day from early morning. The temperature was dropped to 47F.  I woke up early to cook lunch for us. We headed to the aquarium in Phoenix as one of my daughter’s school field trips. We could meet the homeroom teacher of my daughter’s 5th grade days. The aquarium was slightly different from the usual ones that have an event in outside such as a dolphin show or a sea line show. This aquarium does not have any outside show and everything was accommodated indoor. Everywhere we went, we were filled with kind of the uncomfortable rotten water, fish smell. I had a slight headache all the time during the visit this aquarium. Since it took 3 hours in one way and 6 ours in total just for driving, we came back exhausted. All in all though, I had a great time spending with my family and meeting the school staff and teachers at the venue.

Detox in home sauna 3/4/2025

In the morning at 9 am I had a monthly regular maintenance appointment of my biofeedback device and software. It has been 11 months, almost one year, since I started using the biofeedback device and software.

In the afternoon I gave myself a home sauna to sweat out any unnecessary detox from my body.

Pow Wow (2) 3/2/2025

We went to the pow wow again. This time it was not cold; rather, it was very hot. The temperature was raised up to 97F. Considering that last night it was 50F, it was a huge gap within these two days. Native friends told me it is typical to have a variety of weather and a wide range of temperature gap during pow wow because all the different tribes bring the different energy.

Pow Wow (1) 3/1/2025

I went to the pow wow that was held in the Tohono O’odham Nation. This was our fourth visit to their pow wow. We visited in the morning or early afternoon in the previous years, but this year we attended the evening one started from 7 p.m. I felt comfortable surrounded by Natives and enjoyed watching the dance and listening to the pow wow songs and drums. One thing that was tough for us was the cold temperature. It was 50F with the high wind.

Chorine in tap water 2/27/2025

I have noticed the strong smell in the tap water for these couple of days. I mentioned it to my family and they both agreed. When we consulted with the city hall worker, he submitted a work order to the Water and Sewerage Department. Greatly living in a small town, two workers from Water and Sewerage Department knocked our entrance door within several minutes from the report. They checked the tap water quality at our house. The chorine level was 0.73. It is within the safety range; however, they admitted the number was pretty high. He promised us that they would check here and there in this area and also would go to the well pump and adjust the chorine amount to be added to the well. I didn’t know until today that the water resource in our area was a well.
