In the night at 10:30 p.m., I had an online meeting with my attorney. My husband joined us to ask my attorney for his full-strength support. I needed to stay up for another 2 hours as my attorney attended the negotiation meeting at the family court started from 4 p.m. in Japanese time, which was the midnight in my time. My brother kept on pointing out this and that. His true intention is to torture me by postpone the final decision. So frustrating, not only to my brother, but also to the judge because he didn’t stand in the sold stance. Dear Gods and Holy people, please keep protecting us from my brother’s evil intention. Please guide us to the right direction so that we can close this case as soon as possible in the most peaceful way.

I dealt with the bank tellers in order to know the advantages and the disadvantages when sending the tire transfer internationally.  

I started doing hata yoga since our 2nd spiritual course. It has been one month and half passed since my first day. I was surprised to know my body has gotten much more flexible than my first day.

Today I gave my daughter a haircut by 5 inch shorter. She looks cute in the short hair too.

My family and I went to the Arizona Sonora museum. Even though we have lived this area for 17 years, it was our very first visit to this museum. Regardless of the name of museum, it is actually a fun place for family. It has an aquarium, a zoo, a cave, a botanical garden, and a nice hiking trail. We will definitely go back there. My main purpose to go there was to purchase a chili-tepin plant. I purchased 3 of them.

I purchased some more new seeds and planted to the seed starter pods. I hope they will grow healthy this year. Last year, even though we purchased the seeds from the native people’s authentic seeds, none of them were successful.

My case had a hearing at the family court for the first time. It started from 15:30 in Japan, which was 23:30 in my time. I stayed up late until it ended. After it ended, my attorney and I had a meeting. He reported what happened during the hearing. My brother didn’t attend, which was a typical attitude for the people who intend to make this case prolong just to torture their siblings. Because he was no there, the judge extended to make his decision until 2/26/2025.  

I purchased a whole bunch of different types of seeds. This year I am going to plant onions and potatoes, which I never tried before. I soaked them in water for one night and planted in the seed starter pods. I also purchased soils for the new garden beds.

In the night at  8 p.m., I had a short conversation with my attorney. he informed me that the first court day was set on this Friday afternoon in Japan, which is this Thursday midnight of Arizona time. I am glad it is going and I have my attorney to support me for this case.

I watched the movie Hillbilly Elegy (2020). This story is  based on the memoir of JD Vance who is

the 50th vice president of the United States. I liked this movie very much because it has given me the strength and motivation to keep being strong.

After watched the movie, I thought how many months I haven’t watched a movie. I have been so occupied with the inheritance issue and the homeopathy study that I didn’t have any time for hobby such as watching movies. Last time I watched a movie was last September. I thought I should make some time for myself to input something inspirational like reading books and watching movies. Speaking of reading books, I haven’t read any books since last September.   

I received an email from my attorney regarding the update of the family court. He is going to create some more document to support our claim. At the same time, my tax accountant offered to prepare the necessary document to apply for the late payment of the inheritance tax. I sincerely appreciate to my attorney and my tax accountant for their prompt support.
